Gorgeous ➕ First of all, silence. I can't hear the roads and neighbors. It should be noted that this is a really separate house, which does not have adjacent walls with other buildings, or buildings. There are 5 such villas in total. Owner Kostas lives in one of them. Parking 10 meters from the entrance. Each room has air conditioning. If you are too lazy to go anywhere, then the nearest two taverns are 3-4 minutes on foot, and to a supermarket with a good range of 7-8 minutes walk. The pool is ok, but we, like all our compatriots, traditionally did not use it. Episkopi Beach is 10 minutes away. A car to this place of residence should be a must-have, but this is a very small surcharge for comfort, silence and a sense of privacy. The owner was always there and was ready to answer any questions or solve any problem (there were no problems). A very positive person. The grounds and interior of the villa have been modestly decorated, but definitely with a sense of style. Good style. Every little thing like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. the villa was already present. Upon arrival, the table was served with Greek salad and fruits. Would come back. Accommodation from 05 to 20 June 2018. Villa "Notos". Of the five villas, each has its own name.

Nice, small retreat near Rethymnon. Host Kostas personally looks after the guests! Very good starting point for exploring the island - but definitely a rental car is needed. In between, relax by the pool and in the evening in the tavern in the small village. Have spent a very nice holiday there!

Very nice and well-groomed houses in a very beautiful area outside the city and very close to it. The village where it is located is excellent for strolling, eating and drinking. The owners are very good and polite !!!

Diktamos Villas is a residential complex on the edge of Atsipopoulo Village, a 10-minute drive from Rethymnon. It is in a very good location, offering panoramic views and very quiet. The complex is new, clean with a nice garden and a small swimming pool (for anyone interested). We stayed at Villa Mitos, one of the maisonettes of the complex, which was spacious, nicely decorated and with a fully equipped kitchen. Cleanliness was daily and the owner Costas always ready to serve you. Only minus the toilet on the ground floor it smelled a bit bad. Parking was opposite the complex on a plot. Very good choice for the area of ​​Rethymnon. Prefer it.
