Ο υπάλληλος αντι να ζητησει συγνωμη κ να βρει μια λύση, είχε και ύφος. Worst of all! We have been waiting for Christmas decorations for 10 days and they do not know when they will deliver. The employee, instead of apologizing and finding a solution, also had style.

Δεν μπορούσαμε να τους βρούμε στο τηλέφωνο και όταν τελικά τα καταφέραμε μας είπαν πως τα δέματά μας ήταν εκεί αλλά επειδή δεν βολεύουν τα δρομολόγια από Ωραιόκαστρο για εμάς, αν μπορούμε εμείς να περάσουμε να τα πάρουμε για πιο γρήγορα΄(αλλιώς θα μας τα φέρνανε εκείνοι φυσικά αλλά δεν ξέρουν ακριβώς πότε). Εννοείται και πήγαμε και αφού τελικά τους βρήκαμε μετά από πολύ κόπο, ανοίγοντας τα κουτιά βρήκαμε μέσα σπασμένα αντικείμενα από jumbo. Τα jumbo φυσικά μας αποζημίωσαν με φωτογραφίες και όλες τις σχετικές ενέργειες αλλά όπως και να έχει εμείς χάσαμε χρόνο γιατί τώρα θα πρέπει να τα ξαναπαραγγείλουμε και όταν έρθουν. Tragic simply. We could not find them on the phone and when we finally managed they told us that our parcels were there but because the itineraries from Oreokastro are not convenient for us, if we can pass to get them faster ΄ (otherwise they would bring them to us of course but do not know exactly when). Of course we went and after we finally found them after a lot of effort, opening the boxes we found broken jumbo items inside. The jumbo of course compensated us with photos and all the relevant actions but anyway we wasted time because now we have to order them again when they come.

Κρίμα, γιατί δυστυχώς τον χρησιμοποιούν πολλές αξιόπιστες εταιρίες που υφίστανται έτσι πλήγμα στην εικόνα τους. Είναι αλήθεια ότι γενικότερα η περιοχή θυμίζει "Far West", ωστόσο αμφιβάλλω αν υπάρχει επιχείρηση με χειρότερη εικόνα εγκαταστάσεων και υποδομών στην περιοχή. Προφανώς όλα γίνονται για να συμπιεστεί το κόστος, ωστόσο υπάρχουν κάποια όρια που δεν είναι δυνατόν να υπερβαίνονται, όπως πχ να τριγυρνούν αποσκελετωμένα και άρρωστα σκυλιά στο προαύλιο αλλά και στους χώρους φόρτωσης και φύλαξης εμπορευμάτων. Θλιβερότατη εικόνα... Unacceptably unkempt space, image of abandonment and cleanliness that simply "does not exist". Too bad, because unfortunately it is used by many reputable companies that are so damaged in their image. It is true that the area in general resembles "Far West", but I doubt if there is a company with a worse picture of facilities and infrastructure in the area. Obviously everything is done to reduce the cost, however there are some limits that can not be exceeded, such as skeletal and sick dogs roaming in the yard and in the loading and storage areas. Very sad picture ...

Τα παιδιά είναι Κύριοι με Κ κεφάλαιο. Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα τους ξανά χρειαστώ ! I recently needed their services. All the service from the first phone call until the end of the cooperation was more than impeccable. The children are Gentlemen with K capital. I highly recommend them and will definitely need them again!
