M	Maria Malachati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τον επί χρόνια οδοντίατρο 3 μελών της οικογένειάς μου, καλώ το απόγευμα της 11/05/2022 διότι αντιμετώπισα μια έκτακτη κατάσταση με ένα δόντι. Η απάντησή του ήταν να τον καλέσω το επόμενο πρωϊ μετά τις 10.00 για να δει τι ώρα έχει διαθέσιμο rdv, να αξιολογήσει τι πρόβλημα υπάρχει, αλλά όχι για να το φτιάξει, καθώς επόμενο διαθέσιμο rdv ήταν σε 3 εβδομάδες. Τον καλεί λίγο αργότερα ο πατέρας μου (ενοχλημένος σαφώς) από την συμπεριφορά και του λέει πως δεν μου είπε αυτό αλλά να πάω το επόμενο πρωϊ στις 9.00 να το δει και αν είναι επείγον να το φτιάξει. Πηγαίνω το πρωϊ της 12/05/2022 στις 9.10, χτυπώ το κουδούνι, δεν ανοίγει, καλώ στο σταθερό, δεν απαντά. Καλώ στο κινητό, δεν απαντά. Καλώ ξανά στο κινητό. Τίποτα μέχρι τις 09.40 οπότε κι φεύγω. Ενώ είμαι σε άλλο οδοντίατρο βλέπω κλήση στις 09.58 την οποία και δεν απάντησα. Αφενός το γεγονός ότι έπρεπε να δεχθεί κλήση από τον πατέρα μου για να επισπέυσει το rdv, αφετέρου το ότι δεν ήταν συνεπής ούτε στα λεγόμενά του ούτε στο rdv, είναι από μόνα τους γεγονότα που δείχνουν σημεία μελανά . Ο καλύτερος οδοντίατρος του κόσμου να είναι, ως επαγγελματίας υγείας υπολείπεται επαγγελματισμού, ιατρικής και ανθρώπινης συνέπειας. Ο χαρακτήρας του επείγοντος, αφορά τον ιατρικό κλάδο. Ο κος Παπαγεωργίου, το αγνοεί μάλλον. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά μου και δικά σας. Για την ιστορία, μετέβην 09.50 σε έτερο οδοντίατρο του Ξυλοκάστρου και με εξυπηρέτησε εκτάκτως μέσα σε 15 λεπτά. Ο κος Παπαγεωργίου, δεν είχε χρόνο ούτε να απαντήσει τις κλήσεις. I called the chronic dentist of 3 members of my family on the afternoon of 11/05/2022 because I faced an emergency with one tooth. His answer was to call him the next morning after 10.00 to see what time rdv is available, to evaluate what the problem is, but not to fix it, as the next available rdv was in 3 weeks. A little later my father calls him (clearly annoyed) by the behavior and tells him that he did not tell me that but to go the next morning at 9.00 to see it and if it is urgent to fix it. I go on the morning of 12/05/2022 at 9.10, I ring the bell, it does not open, I call the landline, it does not answer. I call on my cell phone, he does not answer. I call again on my cell phone. Nothing until 09.40 when I leave. While I am at another dentist I see a call at 09.58 which I did not answer. On the one hand, the fact that he had to accept a call from my father to expedite rdv, on the other hand, the fact that he was not consistent in what he said or in rdv, are in themselves facts that show black spots. To be the best dentist in the world, as a health professional, lags behind professionalism, medicine and human consistency. The nature of the urgency concerns the medical sector. Mr. Papageorgiou is probably unaware of this. The conclusions are mine and yours. For the record, I went to another dentist in Xylokastro at 09.50 and he served me extraordinarily within 15 minutes. Mr. Papageorgiou did not even have time to answer the calls.
