He was so accommodating and super friendly and we were always excited to see what culinary treats he was going to make for each meal! We highly recommend booking him for your villa stay! The food was of excellent quality and the chefs were super nice and very attentive to our culinary desires. I would definitely recommend, thanks again! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The highest possible score and rating for this fabulous chef and food artist. Melitis cooked for us for a week at a yoga retreat in Mykonos. Melitis' genuine love of meal prep, quality ingredients, and presentation was evident from morning to night. He was sensitive to food allergies and dietary restrictions as well. But added to his talents was the pleasure of a kind and hospitable man and his assistant. We loved them like family by weeks end. Pictured below is the best tiramisu and he was kind enough to share the recipe with me. We will hire Melitis again next time.
