★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντιεπαγγελματίας. Πήγε να μου χρεώσει ακτοπλοϊκό εισιτήριο με 83€ αντί για 62€ που τελικά το έκλεισα από άλλο ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο πλησίον. Αν δεν γνωρίζεις κύριε, να πάρεις στα κεντρικά της εταιρείας και να μάθεις τι ισχύει με τη sea smiles.
Unprofessional. He went to charge me a ferry ticket with € 83 instead of € 62 which I finally booked from another travel agency nearby. If you do not know sir, get to the headquarters of the company and find out what applies to sea smiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μας πούλησαν λάθος εισητηρια. Δύο φορές ρώτησα για να σιγουρευτώ και δύο φορές με επιβεβαιωσαν ότι τα εισητηρια του πλοίου ήταν αυτά που ήθελα. Ντροπή τους. Το λιγότερο που θα μπορούσαν να κάνουν είναι να μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα μας. Μας χάλασαν τις διακοπές αλλά τι τους νοιάζει.
We were sold the wrong tickets. I asked twice to make sure and twice I was confirmed that the tickets on the ship were what I wanted. Shame on them. The least they could do is give us our money back. We missed the holidays but what do they care about.
