★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately horrible experience at Diogenis Hotel! I have travelled all over the world and never had a problem with the payment...However, at Diogenis Hotel they asked me more money from what they have told us during the phone negotiations (105 Euro more from what initially agreed). We informed the receptionist that we would not mind paying but we did bother for not being informed in advance! Despite that, she kept telling us that it was our problem for not understanding right...I found that totally unprofessional! A service provider cannot yell at the clients and blame them for not understanding well even if this is the case!! Never again at Diogenis and totally disappointed for the quality of their services!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most convenient and comfortable hotels to stay in the main town of Syros right opposite the port terminal and on the seafront. The tall ceilings in the rooms and large showers make your stay feel that little bit more luxurious and comfortable.the breakfast buffet is decent it's just a shame they allow people to smoke in the enclosed courtyard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good position, you can take bus, boat, rent a car everything in 5 min walking. Rooms very nice, clean and excellent condition sistem (a little noisy). Good breakfast, friendly stuff. Must go in the bar and try the freddo cappuccino... Perfect. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel room. The stuff is pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good as well as the room service. The view from the balcony was okay. It was close to the harbor. Easy access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely rooms with high ceilings, some have a balcony. Just a few steps from where the ferries dock. The breakfast was 5 euro but much better than most in European hotels. A little sparse on outlets, but solid shower and decent A/C. Laundry service is pricey but no nearby laundromats. Comfy couches in lobby and a large cafe/bar open 24h.
