Το συνεργείο το καλέσαμε για να μας αλλάξει το liner που είχαμε σε μια προκάτ πισίνα στην Σαντορίνη. Μετά την πρώτη τοποθέτηση, επειδή ήταν πολύ κακή, χρειάστηκε να το βγάλουν και να το ξανά τοποθετήσουν. Μετά την δεύτερη τοποθέτηση υπήρχε διαρροή στους χώρους του καταλύματος κάτω από την πισίνα. Ενημερώσαμε τον μάστορα ο οποίος έστειλε τον βοηθό του με μια κοινή σιλικόνη. Αυτή η διαδικασία επαναλήφθηκε αρκετές φορές , με διάφορες σιλικόνες αλλά δίχως κανένα αποτέλεσμα. Μετέπειτα τηλεφώνησα στον ιδιοκτήτη και υπεύθυνο της εταιρίας να του εξηγήσω πως είναι ευθύνη του να υπάρξει επιτέλους μια λύση με την διαρροή η οποία δημιουργήθηκε από το συνεργείο του. Το αποτέλεσμα μέσω κλήσεων είναι να μου λέει ειρωνικά πως δεν είναι υπεύθυνοι, δεν θέλουν λεφτά(η αξία ήταν άνω των 1.000€) και να βρούμε ένα υπεύθυνο συνεργείο να μας φτιάξει το πρόβλημα. Η όλη αυτή δυσάρεστη περιπέτεια έγινε για μια από τις κύριες δουλειες που υποτίθεται ότι μπορεί να κάνει το συνεργείο. Είναι απαράδεκτο να γράφεις ότι μπορείς να κάνεις μια εργασία ενώ δεν ισχύει και ακόμη χειρότερο να μην αναλαμβάνεις τις ευθύνες σου ως δήθεν "επιχειρηματίας". Ντρέπομαι για λογαριασμό τους και για όλα τα προβλήματα που μας δημιούργησαν.

We called the workshop to change the liner we had in a prefabricated swimming pool in Santorini. After the first installation, because it was very bad, they had to take it out and put it back in. After the second installation there was a leak in the accommodation under the pool. We informed the carpenter who sent his assistant with a common silicone. This process was repeated several times, with various silicones but to no avail. Later I called the owner and manager of the company to explain that it is his responsibility to finally have a solution with the leak which was created by his workshop. The result through calls is to tell me ironically that they are not responsible, they do not want money (the value was over € 1,000) and to find a responsible workshop to fix our problem. All this unpleasant adventure was done for one of the main jobs that the crew is supposed to be able to do. It is unacceptable to write that you can do a job while it is not valid and even worse not to take on your responsibilities as a so-called "entrepreneur". I am ashamed on their behalf and for all the problems they have created for us.
