★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλη η συνεργασία μας απ την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος ήταν λάθος απ την μεριά τους.1) Λάθος πληροφορίες για την χώρα-πόλη που θα ταξιδεύαμε (λόγο lockdown τότε) 2) Ήθελα να ακυρώσω το εισιτήριο μου και να μου επιστραφούν οι φόροι όπως μου είπε η αεροπορική εταιρία και αυτοί μου έλεγαν ότι δεν δέχομαι επιστροφή χρημάτων. Ύστερα από την λογομαχία που είχαμε λόγο διαφωνίας αποφάσισαν να ασχοληθούν και επικοινώνησαν και οι ίδιοι με την αεροπορική εταιρία και εξακρίβωσαν ότι δικαιούμαι την επιστροφή χρημάτων. Μου επιστράφικαν τα χρήματα μετά από σχεδόν έναν μήνα. 3)Δε με ενημέρωσε κάνεις ότι πραγματοποιήθηκε η κατάθεση. 4)Όταν το διαπίστωσα είδα ότι επιστράφικαν λιγότερα χρήματα απ όσα έπρεπε. Τους πήρα και τα ζήτησα και μου είπαν ότι είναι φόροι της αεροπορικής . Μίλησα με την αεροπορική και μου λένε ότι αυτοί βάζουν ακριβώς το ποσό και ότι δεν κρατείτε τίποτα από αυτούς. Η αεροπορική εταιρία μου έστειλε και το καταθετήριο που το αποδεικνύει. Το πρακτορείο επιμένει σε αυτό που έλεγε εξαρχής. 5)Τα υπόλοιπα χρήματα δεν μου τα επιστρέψαν ποτέ.
 All our cooperation from the beginning to the end was wrong on their part.1) Wrong information about the country-city we were traveling in (due to lockdown then) 2) I wanted to cancel my ticket and get my taxes refunded as I was said the airline and they told me that I do not accept refunds. After the argument we had a disagreement, they decided to deal with and contact the airline themselves and found out that I was entitled to a refund. My money was returned after almost a month. 3) You did not inform me that the deposit was made. 4) When I found out I saw that less money was returned than it should have been. I took them and asked for them and they told me that they are aviation taxes. I talked to the airline and they tell me that they put the exact amount and that you do not keep any of them. The airline also sent me the deposit slip that proves it. The agency insists on what it said from the beginning. 5) The rest of the money was never returned to me.
