★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλημερα σας, λέγομαι Αναστασουδης Ηλιας κάτοικος Κιλκις,58 ετών, επαγγ. μηχανολόγος μηχανικός.Ειμαι παλιός και καλός πελάτης αφηνω στο καταστημα σας περίπου 50€ την εβδομάδα. Σημερα 12/02/2022 κατα τις 8:00 π.μ. είχα μια άσχημη εμπειρία στο κατάστημα σας. Είχα πάρει μια σακούλα από το ράφι λαχανικών και με μη ευγενή τροπο μου είπαν ότι η σακούλες λαχανικών χρεώνονται με 8 λεπτά. Παρακαλω να μου απαντήσετε από ποτέ χρεώνονται προϊόντα χωρίς τιμή και κωδικό. Ή αν έχω κάνει λάθος εγώ που πήρα την σακούλα αυτή θα επρεπε να είναι η συμπεριφορά?
Απευθύνθηκα στην υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος και αντί για κατανόηση συνάντησα έναν βράχο από αντισταση. Όταν έλεγα μια λέξη αυτή έλεγε δεκα και δεν δεχοταν την συζήτηση μου και την κατέστρεψε. Όπως φάνηκε φανερά αυτή η υπεύθυνη είναι σε λάθος ποστο.
Σας παρακαλώ μην προσβάλετε τους καλούς πελάτες και για μια βρομοσακουλα που δεν εχει καν αξια. Παρακαλω ο τρόπος συμπεριφορας να αλλαξει, σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!
Good morning, my name is Anastasoudis Ilias, resident of Kilkis, 58 years old, professional mechanical engineer. I am an old and good customer, I leave in your store about 50 € per week. Today 12/02/2022 at 8:00 a.m. I had a bad experience at your store. I had taken a bag from the vegetable shelf and in a rude way I was told that the vegetable bags are charged with 8 minutes. Please reply to me since never charged products without price and code. Or if I was wrong I got this bag it should be the behavior?
I addressed the manager of the store and instead of understanding I came across a rock of resistance. When I said one word it said ten and it did not accept my conversation and it ruined it. As it turned out, this person in charge is in the wrong position.
Please do not offend good customers for a dirty bag that has no value. Please change the behavior, thank you in advance!
