★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καιρό έψαχνα να συμπληρώσω το σετ χαλάκια που είχα αγοράσει από γνωστό μεγάλο πολυκατάστημα. Βρήκα τυχαία, με αναζήτηση στο διαδίκτυο, τον προμηθευτή, την εταιρεία "Δίζας". Για τους έξι επόμενους μήνες (καθώς λόγω covid υπήρχαν τα γνωστά κενά στην αλυσίδα εισαγωγών-εξαγωγών), η υπεύθυνη της εταιρείας με εξυπηρετούσε τηλεφωνικά με αμεσότητα, σαφήνεια και ευγένεια. Όταν η παραγγελία της εταιρείας έφτασε στην Ελλάδα, είχαν την καλοσύνη να μου φυλάξουν ένα χαλάκι, πριν καν τους το ζητήσω, και να με συγκινήσουν με την ανθρωπιά και την αυθεντικότητά τους τη μέρα που πήγα στα γραφεία τους να παραλάβω. Εταιρεία με τέτοια πολιτική και τέτοιες αξίες, όπως καταγράφονται μέσα από τη συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων της, εύχομαι να 'ναι απ' τις κορυφαίες στο χώρο
I have been looking for a long time to complete the set of mats that I had bought from a well-known large department store. I found by chance, by searching on the internet, the supplier, the company "Dizas". For the next six months (as due to covid there were known gaps in the import-export chain), the head of the company served me by phone with immediacy, clarity and courtesy. When the company's order arrived in Greece, they were kind enough to keep a rug for me, before I even asked for it, and to move me with their humanity and authenticity the day I went to their offices to pick it up. A company with such a policy and such values, as recorded through the behavior of its employees, I wish to be one of the top in the field
