Έμεινα από μπαταρία κάτω από το σπίτι μου με ένα scooter Piaggio XEvo 250cc, μιλήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο και ήταν ευγενέστατος, φάνηκε επαγγελματίας και μου έβγαλε μία σιγουριά ότι ξέρει τι κάνει, κάτι που το χρειαζόμουν γιατί είμαι νέος οδηγός και άσχετος.
Αφού με καθησύχασε και του έδωσα τα στοιχεία που ήθελε κλείσαμε ραντεβού για να έρθει να αλλάξουμε μπαταρία και εκεί πάλι φάνηκε η επαγγελματική του συνείδηση, καθώς μου τηλεφώνησε την ώρα που ήταν να έρθει και με ενημέρωσε τι ώρα θα φτάσει για να μην περιμένω χωρίς να ξέρω αν θα έρθει.
Αλλάξαμε την μπαταρία γρήγορα και πρόλαβα να πάω στην δουλειά μου στην ώρα μου.
Πολύ καλός και πρόσχαρος άνθρωπος.

I ran out of battery under my house with a Piaggio XEvo 250cc scooter, we talked on the phone and he was very polite, he looked professional and made me sure he knew what he was doing, something I needed because I am a new driver and irrelevant.
After he reassured me and I gave him the information he wanted, we made an appointment to come and change the battery and there again his professional conscience appeared, as he called me when it was time to come and informed me what time it would be so that I would not wait without knowing if it will come.
We changed the battery quickly and I managed to get to work on time.
Very good and happy man.
