Νομίζω υπάρχει λόγος που κλείνουμε ραντεβού, και καλό είναι αυτό να είναι σεβαστό από το προσωπικό και να μη θεωρείται αυτονόητο ότι οι πελάτισσες σας εχουνε 40 λεπτά για χάσιμο σε αναμονή. Δεν δόθηκε ιδιαίτερα αιτιολόγηση της καθυστερησης οταν το ανέφερα. Καθώς περίμενα παρατηρησα πως κάποιες κοπέλες από το προσωπικό πήγαιναν από πελάτισσα σε πελάτισσα, άφηναν τη μια να περιμένει και πήγαιναν να πιάσουν άλλη...Και πάλι, αν δεν έχετε χρόνο για ραντεβού καλυτερα να είστε ειλικρινείς στο τηλέφωνο και να μην κλείνετε ταυτόχρονα παραπανω άτομα από όσα μπορείτε να διαχειριστείτε. Κατά τα άλλα ευχαριστημένη από το αποτέλεσμα στα νύχια. I made an appointment for semi-permanent arms and legs. After I did the legs I waited 40 minutes to do the arms. I think there is a reason we make an appointment, and it is good that this is respected by the staff and it is not taken for granted that your customers have 40 minutes to lose in waiting. No particular justification was given for the delay when I mentioned it. While I was waiting I noticed that some girls from the staff were going from client to client, leaving one to wait and going to catch another ... Again, if you do not have time for an appointment it is better to be honest on the phone and not book more people at the same time of what you can manage. Otherwise happy with the result on the nails.

Η κοπέλα που μου αφαίρεσε το ημιμόνιμο με τη λίμα ήταν βιαστική με αποτέλεσμα να μου τραυματίσει το δέρμα, ο σχηματισμός των νυχιών στραβός (ζήτησα δύο φορές να μου το διορθώσουν) και η κοπέλα μου τραυμάτισε το δέρμα επίσης. Το ημιμόνιμο στα πόδια για κάποιο λόγο δεν ψηνόταν (προβληματική συσκευή?) οπότε έγιναν και εκεί αρκετά "μπαλώματα" οπότε το τελικό αποτέλεσμα ήταν δυστυχώς και αυτό μέτριο. Γενικά λόγω φόρτου νομίζω οι κοπέλες είναι υπερβολικά βιαστικές για να προλάβουν τα πολλά ραντεβού (παραπάνω από όσα μπορούν να διαχειριστούν) και δεν δίνουν την απαιτούμενη προσοχή. Αν σκεφτεί κανείς ότι είναι και λίγο πιο ακριβές από το μέσο όρο, σίγουρα δεν αξίζει. Δε θα ξαναπήγαινα. Edit: Ευχαριστώ για την απάντησή σας. Σεβαστή η άποψή σας και αναμενόμενο να υπερασπίζεστε την επιχείρησή σας, αλλά η πραγματικότητα είναι ότι μας αφήσατε στη μέση αρκετή ωρα για να ξεκινήσετε στο ενδιάμεσο άλλες κοπέλες. Το είδαμε. Όσο για τα υπόλοιπα, σίγουρα λάθη γίνονται απλά ήταν πολλά λάθη μαζί εξου και η κακή κριτική. Επίσης καλό θα ήταν να γίνεται σωστά η δουλειά εξαρχής και να μη περιμένετε Αν και εφόσον θα το σχολιάσει ο πελάτης για να το διορθώσετε. Unfortunately, I was not at all happy. The girl who removed my semi-permanent with the file was in a hurry resulting in my skin being injured, the nail formation crooked (I asked twice to have it fixed) and my girlfriend injured my skin as well. The semi-permanent on the legs for some reason was not baked (problematic device?) So there were several "patches" so the end result was unfortunately mediocre. Generally due to workload I think the girls are too hasty to miss the many appointments (more than they can handle) and do not give the required attention. Your point of view is respectable and you are expected to defend your business, but the reality is that you left us in the middle long enough to start in the middle other girls. We saw it. If k is my first contact with the store ... it is worth saying that they have a very nice place .. very kind staff .. good prices and I was very happy with the result ... of course I will go again soon !!!

However, the last few months I am not satisfied with the quality of the semi-permanent. The last 4-5 times the nail polish starts coming off from the corners from the next day! Unfortunately I don't possess the time to revisit the place for the girls to fix it so I end up paying for a semi permanent that comes off easier than the normal nail polish. Also lately, there have been many times that I have waited more than 20 minutes to start my appointment, & the girls really seem to be in a hurry to finish. The attention I got in the past unfortunately is not the same.
