★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έγινε λάθος στην διεύθυνση παράδοσης αλλά το κατάστημα το αντιμετώπισε και το έλυσε με ευγένεια και υπευθυνότητα. Παρά την καθυστέρηση που δημιουργήθηκε και για την οποία δεν φταίει το κατάστημα ή παραγγελία έφτασε ζεστή! Μπράβο σας!
 He has done wrong in the delivery address, but the store has encountered and solved with kindness and responsibility. Despite the delay created through no fault of the store or order arrived hot! Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωφειλω να πω οτι ο λογος που γραφω ειναι οτι παροτι υπήρχε καθυστερηση στην παράδοση της παραγγελιας διαπίστωσα έναν επαγγελαματισμό στην αντιμετωπιση του προβληματος καθως και στην ανταπόδωση της αστοχίας. Θα έβαζα πεντε αστερια αλλα λογω της καθυστερησης επιφυλάσομαι για την επομενη φορα. Πάντως η επικοινωνία και αντιμετωπιση ειναι για πεντε αστέρια. Μπράβο για τον επαγγελματισμο και την παρακολουθηση των οποιων προβλημάτων.
Επανέρχομαι 2 εβδομάδες μετά για να επισσυμάνω τον επαγγαλματισμό και την αψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Μπράβο DOMINO!
I have to say that the reason I am writing is that although there was a delay in the delivery of the order, I found a professionalism in dealing with the problem as well as in compensating for the failure. I would put five stars but due to the delay I reserve for next time. However, communication and dealing is for five stars. Well done for the professionalism and monitoring of any problems.
I will be back 2 weeks later to highlight the professionalism and the impeccable service. Well done DOMINO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσο αφορά τα διαλείμματα, πιστεύω δεν είναι ωραία εικόνα να κάθεται όποιος υπάλληλος κι ας είναι αυτός στα σταθμευμένα μηχανάκια μπροστά στην είσοδο, με τσιγαράκι και καφεδάκι.
Και θα προτιμούσα τα χέρια να μην ακουμπάνε φαγητό ενώ ακούμπησαν στόμα, μαλλιά,παντελόνι ή ακόμα να ακουμπάνε πατομα αφού πρώτα δεν τα πλύνεις ο υπάλληλος... Λόγο υγιεινή ρε παιδιά...
As for the breaks, I think it is not a nice image for any employee to sit on the parked motorcycles in front of the entrance, with a cigarette and coffee.
And I would prefer the hands not to touch food while they touched mouth, hair, pants or even to touch the floor since first the employee does not wash them ... Reason hygienic guys ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη πίτσα καμμένη που την έστειλαν χωρίς τύψεις και πίτσα αντικατάστασης για την καμένη, αψητη, λιγάκι αρπαγμένη στις γωνίες, παγωμένη και σχεδον χωρίς καθόλου σάλτσα. Σε πελάτες που έχουν στείλει καμενα ζυμαρικά και πίτσες κι άλλες φορές. Ευχαριστούμε την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση τους μόνο που είναι εξαιρετικη. Το κατάστημα είναι απλά για πέταμα, εφόσον δεν σέβεται τους πελάτες και τα χρήματα τους. Ήταν η τελευταία ευκαιρία τους.
The first burnt pizza that was sent without regrets and a replacement pizza for the burnt, uncooked, slightly grabbed in the corners, frozen and almost without any sauce. To customers who have sent burnt pasta and pizzas at other times. We thank them for their telephone service, which is excellent. The store is just for throwing away, as long as it does not respect customers and their money. It was their last chance.
