Η διαμονή μας ήταν για ένα μόνο βράδυ και ,παρόλο που είχαμε κλείσει για 3 ενήλικες και 1 παιδί ,η υπηρεσία δωματίου είχε αφήσει ΜΟΝΟ 2 ΠΕΤΣΕΤΕΣ ΣΩΜΑΤΟΣ ΚΑΙ 2 ΠΡΟΣΩΠΟΥ που ουσιαστικά εξυπηρετούν 2 άτομα. Επιπλέον σεντόνια για τον καναπέ-κρεβάτι δεν υπήρχαν και μας παρασχέθηκαν κατόπιν αίτησής μας. Μια ημέρα μετά την αναχώρησή μας,η υπεύθυνη μάς έστειλε αλλεπάλληλα e-mail και μηνύματα,κατηγορώντας μας για πετσέτες που "έλειπαν",ενώ δε μας τις είχαν φέρει καν εξαρχής!! Μας ζήτησε να τις επιστρέψουμε ή να τις πληρώσουμε,όντας 100% σίγουρη,κατά τα λεγόμενά της,ότι τις είχαμε πάρει και επιμένοντας πως έγινε δύο φορές έλεγχος και δε βρέθηκαν, τονίζοντας ταυτόχρονα την αξιοπιστία του προσωπικού της που >. Μας κατηγόρησε με λίγα λόγια για κλεψιά ΧΩΡΙΣ ΝΑ ΥΠΑΡΧΟΥΝ ΑΠΟΔΕΙΞΕΙΣ και ,αφού τελικά με κάποιον τρόπο κατάλαβε ότι δε φέρουμε ευθύνη, μας ζήτησε συγγνώμη -η οποία,όμως,δεν έχει καμιά αξία μετά την αναστάτωση και την προσβολή που υποστήκαμε- με τη δικαιολογία ότι μέλος του κατά τ'άλλα αξιόπιστου προσωπικού έχει ψυχολογικά προβλήματα... ΜΗΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΠΡΟΤΙΜΗΣΕΤΕ, ΜΠΟΡΕΙ ΝΑ ΣΥΜΒΕΙ ΣΤΟΝ ΚΑΘΕΝΑ ! ΤΕΤΟΙΟΙ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ ΔΕΝ ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΚΡΑΤΟΥΝ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΕΙΣ,ΔΕΝ ΑΞΙΖΟΥΝ ΟΥΤΕ ΤΗΝ ΕΜΠΙΣΤΟΣΥΝΗ ΟΥΤΕ ΤΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ ΜΑΣ! ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ ΤΟ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΝΑ ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΕΙ ΚΑΝΕΝΑΝ ΧΩΡΙΣ ΑΠΟΔΕΙΞΕΙΣ ΚΑΙ ΝΑ ΘΙΓΕΙ ΤΗΝ ΕΝΤΙΜΟΤΗΤΑ ΤΟΥ. ΚΑΙ ΠΑΛΙ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ !!! (Για την πραγματική αξιολόγηση δεν αξίζει ούτε μισό αστέρι,αλλά διαφορετικά δεν μπορούσε να δημοσιευτεί η κριτική...) UNACCEPTABLE !!!! Our stay was for one night only and, although we had booked for * 3 adults and 1 child *, the room service had left ONLY 2 BODY TOWELS AND 2 PERSONS which actually serve 2 people. There were no extra sheets for the sofa bed and they were provided to us upon request. One day after our departure, the manager sent us a series of e-mails and messages, blaming us for towels that were "missing", while they had not even brought them to us from the beginning !! She asked us to return them or pay them, being 100% sure, according to her, that we had taken them and insisting that they were checked twice and were not found, while emphasizing the reliability of her staff who "knows it for many years" >. He accused us in a few words of theft WITHOUT EVIDENCE AND, after finally realizing that we were not responsible, he apologized to us - which, however, has no value after the upset and insult we suffered - on the grounds that a member of the otherwise reliable staff has psychological problems ... DO NOT PREFER THEM, IT CAN HAPPEN TO EVERYONE! SUCH PEOPLE SHOULD NOT KEEP BUSINESSES, THEY ARE NOT WORTH EITHER OUR TRUST OR OUR MONEY! NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO ACCUSE ANYONE WITHOUT EVIDENCE AND TO INFRINGE HIS HONESTY. AGAIN UNACCEPTABLE !!! (For the real evaluation it is not worth even half a star, but otherwise the review could not be published ...)
