★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φανταστικη κάθε νέα συλλογή της εταιρίας!! Καταπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμός από την κυρία Συμεωνα στο καταστημα του Golden Hall αλλά και από την κυρία Ποπη στα κεντρικά της εταιρίας! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
 Fantastic every new collection of the company !! Amazing service courtesy and professionalism by Mrs Symeon at the Golden Hall store and by Mrs. Popi at the company's headquarters! I strongly recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought two ceiling lamps from the which costed us more than 500 euros almost, I asked the lady for the tax return form and she said they don't do it.
Two weeks later when I went to buy some more bulbs for the lamp as they did not have them all in the first shopping.
There was another lady who told us that they do have tax return.
I went to the cashiers with my first receipts as they were still valid, but they refuse to give me my tax return and kept on telling me that it had to be on the same date when you buy some items.
I told them that we were informed by the staff that there is no tax return then how come is this my fault.
The only way they said they will return is by bringing the items back and buying them again.
We were in Athens for a month my husband left before us(me and kids )due to work load and we send lamps with him
How can I ask him to bring it back?
Very disappointed by their customer servises
