★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for lunch with my wife who is from China. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Design of interior was very nice.
However we came here for Chinese food which is not really familiar to me but, as per my wife, it was not made in proper way and too salty. Maybe because of lack of ingredients that the restaurant was able to get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I was left speechless. Could be the fact that I have never eaten in a Chinese restaurant. But I was surprised by the hospitality and the hygiene of the place. On thing that really stood out for me was that every time they brought something to our table they were using one-use gloves.
Also considering the food it was pretty good. We only had some appetisers and nigiri salmon because we just wanted to try the place and we will be definitely going to try it a second time.
100% recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Chinese food in Athens! We’re New Yorkers who were craving some authentic Chinese dishes and dongchang was exactly what we needed. We asked if the chef had a certain chicken dish not on the menu (pictured here called cou shui ji) and they said they could make it for us. It was salty, spicy, and delicious. Also not on the menu is hong shaou rou, a braised pork belly dish that was my favorite dish we got. The last dish is the beef appetizer which is a refreshing salad between bites. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious soups and other meals. Since I am in love with Chinese Spicy & Sour soup this was great visit of this restaurant. Staff was very kind, specially older lady serving food and taking care of this beautiful restaurant. Suprising rooms, tables, cutlery, traditional bowls and everything around it, I felt like in traditional Chinese restaurant.
I am glad I found this place and happy to visit it again next time.
