Όταν ρώτησα αν θα αργήσουμε πολύ επειδή είχα και εγώ γιατρό μια ώρα σχεδόν μετά, μου απάντησε να το ακυρώσετε γιατί δεν θα προλάβετεθα περιμένετε ! Αν δεν προλαβαινουν τα ραντεβού στην ώρα τους να αραιωσουν το διάστημα! Υπάρχουν και άλλοι στον Πειραιά Not at all consistent in appointments! Όταν αυτό το παιδάκι είναι και συνεργάσιμο/συνεννοησιμο, η δουλειά αυτη ειναι ευκολη. Παρόλαυτα η κυρία Παναγιώτου, δεν έδειξε καμία διάθεση να κάνει αυτή την εμπειρία λιγότερο δυσάρεστη για το παιδί. Όταν ένας γιατρός ασχολείται με παιδάκια είναι σημαντικό να του αρέσει η δουλειά του και θα είναι ακόμη πιο εύκολο και για αυτόν αν τα παιδιά νιώθουν ασφάλεια μαζί του. Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας με την κα Παναγιώτου δεν ήταν αυτή. Τα δύο αστεράκια γιατί δεν είχαμε πρόβλημα με το τεχνικό κομμάτι, το σφράγισμα δηλαδή,αλλα με την συμπεριφορά της που έκανε παιδί και κηδεμόνα να νιώσουν άβολα. Η γιατρός κέρδισε την εμπιστοσύνη της καθώς και την δική μας. Τέλος να πω ένα μεγάλο μπράβο για την τήρηση όλων των απαραιτητων μέτρων υγιεινής και πρόληψης στο ιατρείο. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Ήταν όλοι τους πολύ ευγενικοί και χαμογελαστοί από την κυρία που κρατάει τα ραντεβού μέχρι την βοηθό και την γιατρό. Το παιδί χρειάστηκε να κάνει εξαγωγή διότι φύτρωνε ήδη νέο δόντι. Η οδοντίατρος εξήγησε στο παιδί βήμα βήμα τι θα ακολουθούσε με ήρεμο τρόπο και επιλέγοντας τις σωστές λέξεις ώστε να μην το πανικοβάλει. Σκέφτηκα ό,τι σίγουρα αγαπάει τη δουλειά της. Η μικρή στο τέλος μου ζήτησε να ξαναπάει "στην Ελένη". Πολύ σημαντικό ο γιατρός να μετράει πρώτα την ψυχή του παιδιού. Αυτό με έκανε να νιώσω σίγουρα ασφάλεια.
