★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πόρτα που αγοράσαμε ήταν όλη στραβή γύρω γύρω.. Η τοποθέτηση απαράδεκτη όλα στον αέρα.. Κανένα ενδιαφέρον από τον υπεύθυνο που τα είδε απλα δεν εμφανίστηκε ξανά..
The door we bought was all wrong all around .. Putting it all in the air .. No interest from the manager who just saw them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση!!!!
Περιμέναμε 3 βδομαδες μέχρι να έρθει ο τεχνικός να δει το πρόβλημα, αφού τους είχαμε στείλει και φωτογραφίες στο email. Εντέλει ήρθε και δεν επιδιόρθωσε τίποτα λέγοντας πως είναι ελάττωμα του εργοστασίου και πως εμείς δεν κάνουμε σωστή διαχείριση της πόρτας. Να επισημάνω ότι η πόρτα εγκαταστάθηκε πριν 3 μήνες και ήδη εμφάνισε ελαττώματα.
Unacceptable service !!!!
We waited 3 weeks until the technician came to see the problem, after we had sent them photos in the email. Finally he came in and did nothing to fix it as a factory defect and we do not manage the door properly. Please note that the door was installed 3 months ago and has already had defects.

Η Βασιλική μας κέρδισε όλους εξαρχής με το χαμόγελο της και την υπομονή της.
Αφού διαβάζω τις αρνητικές άκριτες και αναρωτιέμαι αν μιλάμε για το ίδιο κατάστημα.
Φιλική εξυπηρέτηση, καλές τιμές, άψογη τοποθέτηση.

Δεν σας Προτείνω να κάνετε κάποια αγορά σας από εδώ!
Δείτε τις φωτογραφίες, διαβάστε από κάτω και θα καταλάβετε το γιατί.
Αγόρασα 4 πόρτες για την ανακαίνιση του σπιτιού μου.
Ήρθαν και μέτρησαν δύο φορές με το laminate πατωμα και τα πλακάκια μπάνιου τοποθετημένα.
Έγινε η τοποθέτηση στις πορτες και το αποτέλεσμα είναι ότι το περβάζι τις μιας κασας να είναι 2cm πιο κοντο και να μην ακουμπά στο πάτωμα.
Από την άγνοια μου να δω κάθε λεπτομέρεια εξοφλω όλο το ποσό και όταν καταλαβαίνω το τι έχει γίνει αρνούνται κατηγορηματικά όλες τις ευθύνες τους.
Δικαιολογίες ότι το πάτωμα έχει υψομετρική διαφορά με τα πλακάκια και ότι ο άνθρωπος που είχα εκεί τους είπε πως να κάνουν την δουλεία τους κτλπ.
Μου ειπαν ο μόνος τρόπος για να έχω σωστή πόρτα ήταν να τους δώσω 50 ευρώ να μου ξηλώσουν την κάσα βέβαια με Δικιά μου ευθύνη και να μου βάλουν καινούργιο περβάζι που έχω ήδη πληρώσει.
Φυσικά αρνήθηκα

I bought 4 doors to renovate my house.
They came and counted twice with the laminate floor and the bathroom tiles fitted.
The door was placed on the doors and the result is that the one-door ledge is 2cm shorter and does not touch the floor.
From my ignorance to seeing every detail, I pay off the whole amount and when I understand what has been done, they definitely deny all their responsibilities.
Justifications that the floor has an altitude difference with the tiles and that the man I had there told them to do their work etc.
I was told the only way to have the right door was to give them 50 euros to crack my case of course with my own responsibility and to put me a new sill I have already paid.
Of course I refused
