s	serafim varvatos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για μοριακό τεστ pcr .αφού πλήρωσα ρώτησα το αυτονόητο πότε θα πάρω απάντηση και μου απάντησαν με φυσιολογικό τρόπο ότι θα έχουν μικρή καθυστέρηση από της 24 ώρες. Έχουν περάσει 45 ώρες και ακόμα περιμένω έχοντας χάσει μεροκάματα εργασίας και παραμένοντας σε απομόνωση από την οικογένεια μου!!!! Φυσικά στα τηλέφωνα έχουν χάσει την μπάλα. Το μόνο που δουλεύει άψογα είναι το μηχάνημα της πιστωτικής κάρτας. Καμια διαθεση εξυπηρετησης,πολυ μακρινα ραντεβου,η γραμματεια φαινεται σαν να βιαζεται να εξυπηρετησει τους πελατες! Πηγαινα αρκετα χρονια και απο οταν ανοιξαν σχεδον,εχουν χαλασει παρα πολυ!
R	Ria Riaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για rapid τεστ, έχοντας συμπτώματα και δυο θετικά self test. Μου είπαν ότι τα αποτελέσματα θα ήταν διαθέσιμα σε μισή ώρα.. Μετά από 4,5 ώρες περίπου τους κάλεσα καθώς δεν είχα λάβει τα αποτελέσματα και αφου τα έψαχναν για είκοσι λεπτά (με είχαν στην αναμονη) τελικά μου είπαν ότι ήταν αρνητικό. I went for a rapid test, having symptoms and two positive self tests. I was told that the results would be available in half an hour .. After about 4.5 hours I called them as I had not received the results and after looking for them for twenty minutes (they had me waiting) they finally told me that it was negative.
M	Mina Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοί. Πριν πάω πήρα τηλέφωνο κ μου είπαν ότι το αποτέλεσμα της αιματολογικής εξέτασης που ήθελα να κάνω θα έβγαινε σε 4-5 ώρες. Πήγα στις 11, η κυρία που μου πήρε αίμα μου είπε σε 1-1.30 ώρα θα έχει βγεί. Ρώτησα στην υποδοχή αν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να σταλεί με mail μου είπαν βεβαίως. Φυσικά όλη μέρα κανένα μαιλ. Πήρα τηλ στις 7 το απόγευμα να ρωτήσω αν έχουν βγεί, μου λέει η κοπέλα στις στέλνω τώρα αμέσως (δεν είχε ιδέα ότι περίμενα μαιλ ούτε είχαν σκοπό από ότι φάνηκε να με πάρουν εκείνοι να πάω να τις πάρω) περίμενα μία ώρα, τίποτα. 8:30 πήγα να τις πάρω μόνη μου, 3 κοπέλες ήταν στην υποδοχή κ καθοντουσαν. Δεν μίλησε καμιά τους, ούτε ένα συγνώμη. Αν δεν μπορείτε να το υποστηρίξετε απλά πείτε το. Πλήρης αδιαφορία για την αγωνία του κόσμου.η μόνη που άξιζε η κυρία που μου πήρε αίμα. Tragic. Είχα ραντεβού για υπέρηχο , εξέταση που απαιτεί προετοιμασία μίας ημέρας και 5 ποτήρια νερό πρίν , και πήρα τηλέφωνο 5 ' πριν την εξέταση για διευκρίνιση σχετικά με την οδό και με ενημε΄ρωσαν ότι η εξέταση ακυρώθηκε. Μου είπαν ότι με κάλεσαν και δεν το σήκωσα, χωρίς να κάνουν καμία προσπάθεια να με ξαναβρούν. Το τηλέφωνο που έχουν είναι τηλέφωνο γραφείου,σ το οποίο καθημερινά είναι κόσμος 9-5. Επομένως ή μου είπαν ψέματα και δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ, η κάλεσαν μια φορά στις 7 το απόγευμα, δεν το σήκωσε κανείς και δεν ξανακάλεσαν ποτέ. Και τα δύο εξίσου κατάπτυστα! In the medical diagnosis of N. Ι	Ιουλία Ηλιάδη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πολύ δυσαρεστημένη από αυτό το διαγνωστικό κέντρο και δε θα ξαναπατήσω εννοείται γιατί, ο γιατρός μου, μου έγραψε μια σειρά από εξετάσεις υποψιαζόμενος μια λοίμωξη που μου προκαλεί και πυρετό. Και ενώ μου έκλεισε ραντεβού ο ίδιος στο διαγνωστικό κέντρο, με τηλέφωνο που πήρε μπροστά μου για να κάνω υπερηχογράφημα κοιλίας και μια σειρά άλλων εξετάσεων, πάω εκεί (προσπερνάω το γεγονός ότι δεν είχαν ιδέα για το τηλεφώνημα ούτε και για το γιατρό που είναι της περιοχής τους), ΜΕ RAPID TEST ΗΜΕΡΑΣ, διάρκειας λίγων ωρών και ενώ μου κάνουν τις άλλες εξετάσεις, μου ζήτησαν για το υπερηχογράφημα (που γνωρίζουν προφανέστατα ότι είναι δύσκολο ραντεβού και έχει μεγάλο χρόνο αναμονής) να κάνω και μοριακό τεστ!! Δηλαδή με ΕΚΒΙΑΣΑΝ ξεκάθαρα για να μου πάρουν και άλλα 60 ευρώ προκειμένου να μου επιτρέψουν να κάνω μια εξέταση που κοστίζει με τη συμμετοχή περίπου 10 ευρώ! Και αφού μου έχουν κλείσει το δύσκολο αυτό ραντεβού που ξέρουν πως θα ταλαιπωρηθώ πολύ να βρω άμεσα! Εντέλει, θα εξυπηρετηθώ την Τρίτη 25/1 (το ενωρίτερο που βρήκα) στο διαγνωστικό κέντρο optima που δεν ζητάει ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΠΡΟΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΟ ΓΙΑ ΤΟΝ ΕΞΕΤΑΖΟΜΕΝΟ! Ο ΕΚΒΙΑΣΜΟΣ σε θέματα υγείας είναι χυδαίος και πρέπει να λαμβάνει τις χειρότερες κριτικές μας I am very unhappy with this diagnostic center and I will not cheat again of course because, my doctor wrote me a series of tests suspecting an infection that also causes me a fever. T	TASOS POLIDORAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΡΆΜΠΑ για αμαξίδια θα πρέπει να την ζητήσουμε. Ξεφτίλα θα έπρεπε να έχει μόνιμα ΡΆΜΠΑ αφού καθημερινά δέχονται άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα. Μαγνητικός τομογραφος. ( θα πρέπει να έχει ο ΑμΕΑ Αμαξίδιο Για να μπει στο χώρο) Ελλιπής βοήθεια ( και δικαιολογία έτοιμη :δεν βλέπετε μόνο γυναίκες είμαστε) Να βρασω την ακριβή κατασκευή του κτιρίου εάν δεν μπορούν να βοηθήσουν) Απορώ οι αρμόδιες αρχές πως έδωσαν άδεια λειτουργίας. Δεν γνωρίζουν ότι την επιχείρηση θα την επισκεφτούν άτομα που έχουν πρόβλημα.......... Αλλά θα το δουν μόνο όταν θα έχουν οι ίδιοι.... Μου τηλεφώνησε ο υπεύθυνος να κατεβάσω την κριτική γιατί θα μου κάνουν αγωγή. (Θέλοντας να χαμηλώσω τους τονους) Επισκέφτηκα ξανά την επιχείρηση, συνάντησα τον υπεύθυνο και του προτεινα πως θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί ο χώρος του.Με οσο πιο όμορφο τρόπο μπορουσα και με καλή διάθεση.
