★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στην εταιρία, επειδή είμαι επαγγελματίας μουσικός και ήθελα να μου φτιάξουν εκμαγεία σιλικόνης, γιά τα in ear monitors που χρησιμοποιώ στην δουλειά μου.
Είχα πάει και στο παρελθόν για να μου κάνουν την ίδια δουλειά, και ύστερα από 4-5 επισκέψεις, κατάφεραν να πετύχουν την σωστή εφαρμογή.
Θα μπορούσε κάποιος να πει, "γιατί ξαναπήγες". Σκέφτηκα πως μετά από 3 χρόνια, κάτι περισσότερο θα είχαν μάθει.
Αυτή την φορά έχω ξεκινήσει το πήγαινε-έλα στην εταιρία από τον Νοέμβριο του 2018, με μέσο όρο 4 φορές τον μήνα περίπου.
Έχουμε 22 Μαρτίου του 2019 και σήμερα πήγα για να μου βρούνε λύση και να σταματήσει το πήγαινε-έλα αλλά μού είπαν ότι πρέπει να ξαναπάω. Και βέβαια ζήτησα, τελικά, επιστροφή χρημάτων, πράγμα το οποίο δεν δέχτηκαν.
Αναγνωρίζω ότι έκαναν προσπάθειες, αλλά το αποτέλεσμα δεν με καλύπτει.
Καταθέτω τα γεγονότα και ας βγάλει ο καθένας τα συμπεράσματα του.

I went to the company because I am a professional musician and I wanted to have silicone molds made for the in-ear monitors I use in my work.
I had gone to the same job in the past, and after 4-5 visits, they managed to achieve the right application.
One might say, "why did you go again?" I thought that after 3 years, they would have learned something more.
This time I have started the come-and-go in the company since November 2018, with an average of about 4 times a month.
We have March 22, 2019 and today I went to find a solution and stop it go-come but I was told I have to go again. And of course I finally asked for a refund, which they did not accept.
I admit that they made efforts, but the result does not cover me.
