★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/2/2021 ραντεβού 12:00 με τον κύριο Σωτήρη Καραμπελα για αγορά ακινήτου επί της οδού Μεθωνης 38 στα Εξάρχεια 19 τετραγωνικά μέτρα με τίμημα 19.000 ευρω. Στο ραντεβού μας στο ακίνητο λέω στον κύριο Καραμπελα Σωτήριο ότι προσφέρω το τίμημα των 19.000 ευρώ.Μου λέει ότι υπάρχει μια προσφορά από αλλοδαπή εταιρεία στις 18.000 ευρω οποτε υπέθεσα εφόσον εγώ προσέφερα 19.000 ευρώ μετρητά ή μέσω οποιαδήποτε συναλλαγής επιθυμούσε ο ιδιοκτήτης ειχα την εντύπωση ότι θα έχω τελική έκβαση στο ακίνητο. Τελείωσε το ραντεβού μας κι ενημέρωσα το κύριο Καραμπελα Σωτήριο να με καλέσει για την έκβαση της προσφοράς μου τον καλω την ίδια μερα στις 19:18 δεν απαντα στην κλήση μου κι με καλεί στις 19:51 για να με ενημερώσει ότι τελικά το ακίνητο δόθηκε σε κάποιον άλλον. Ευχαριστώ για τις υπηρεσίες σας.
 3/2/2021 appointment 12:00 with Mr. Sotiris Karabelas for the purchase of a property at 38 Methoni Street in Exarchia 19 square meters with a price of 19,000 euros. In our appointment at the property I tell Mr. Karabelas Sotirios that I offer the price of 19,000 euros. He tells me that there is an offer from a foreign company at 18,000 euros so I assumed if I offered 19,000 euros in cash or through any transaction the owner wanted I had the impression that I have a final outcome in the property. Our appointment ended and I informed Mr. Karabela Sotirios to call me for the outcome of my offer I call him the same day at 19:18 he does not answer my call and he calls me at 19:51 to inform me that finally the property was given to someone else. Thanks for your services.
