Μ	ΜΑΡΚΕΛΛΑ ΑΡΜΑΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τώρα μόλις διάβασα τις κριτικές!!!!! ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ!!!!!! Είχα ραντεβού στις 5:30 μου έστειλε μνμ ότι θα καθυστερούσε και αν μπορούσαμε να μεταφέρουμε το ραντεβού μας στις 7:30... Πήγα και δεν άνοιγε κανείς!!!! Περίμενα ένα τέταρτο την πήρα τηλ. σταθερό και κινητό και δεν απάντησε ΠΟΤΕ!!!!!! Εννοείται ότι ούτε μνμ μου έστειλε με ένα συγνώμη!!!!!! 1η φορά μου συμβαίνει αυτό!!!!! Απορώ πως δουλεύει ακόμα!!!!!! Now I just read the reviews !!!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!! S	Seraina C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε ραντεβού εχθές Τρίτη 18:30 στο ιατρείο της. Φτάσαμε στην ώρα μας και χτυπήσαμε το κουδούνι. Δεν άνοιξαν ποτέ!!! Πήραμε τηλέφωνο και στο σταθερό και στο κινητό δεν απάντησε ποτέ κανείς! Κάναμε 5 ωρες ταξίδι για να εξετάσει το μωρό 18 μηνων και γνωρίζοντας ότι δεν μένουμε Αθήνα και ερχόμαστε για την εξέταση δεν μας ενημέρωσαν καν για την ακύρωση του ραντεβού. Τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτο. Χάσαμε ολη την ημερα επειδή η κυρία είναι ασυνεπής και κακή επαγγελματίας We had an appointment yesterday Tuesday 18:30 at her doctor's office. We arrived on time and rang the bell. G	Gloomy Pop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη. Πήγα με ραντεβού, χτυπούσα το κουδούνι και έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο επί 10 λεπτά και τίποτα. Ειλικρινά δεν μου έχει ξανατυχει αυτό με γιατρό. Καταλαβαίνω ότι πάντα μπορεί να προκύψει κάτι επείγον, αλλά θα μπορούσε να ενημερώσει έστω και με καθυστέρηση. Επίσης μου κάνει εντύπωση το γεγονός ότι υπάρχει κι άλλο review που περιγράφει αντίστοιχη περίπτωση. Unacceptable. Περιμένω περιμενω, παίρνω τηλεφωνα τιποτα ,ωσπου κάποια στιγμή το σηκώνει και μου λέει αποκλείεται καποιο λαθος κανω εγω , ότι δεν έχουμε ραντεβού και κάτι τέτοια ΤΡΕΛΑΘΗΚΑ... και αντί να ζητήσει συγνώμη και να ανανεώσουμε το ραντεβού μου λέει να απευθυνθώ σε άλλο γιατρό και μου το κλείνει και στα μούτρα! Καμια αξιοπρέπεια, κρίμα αλλα τι να πει κανείς .... αυτοί είστε.... No courtesy, no professionalism ... Having an appointment, he forgets it. M	Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε κλείσει ραντεβού για κάτι επείγον που μου είχε παρουσιαστεί και έπρεπε να με δει άμεσα δερματολόγος, ήμουν την καθορισμένη ώρα στο ραντεβού μου αλλά δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ ούτε στο κουδούνι ούτε στα τηλέφωνα. Κρίνοντας κι από άλλες ανάλογες κριτικές μάλλον δεν πρόκειται για ένα έκτακτο γεγονός αλλά για κάτι που γίνεται συστηματικά εκ μέρους της. Μας αλλάζουν το ραντεβού για ΒΡΕΦΟΣ 3 φορές απο Παρασκευή πάμε Τρίτη απόγευμα και μόλις φτιάνουμε στο ιατρείο μας λέει οτι δεν έχω τέτοιο όνομα πρέπει να φύγετε!! Ο γραμματέας της μας επιβεβαίωσε το ραντεβού πως υπήρχε κανονικά. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση πλήρως αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. The most inhuman you can go! Προσωπικά πέφτω από τα σύννεφα, διότι εμείς στο πρώτο ραντεβού μας καθυστερήσαμε να πάμε τουλαχιστον μισή ώρα. Όταν φτάσαμε στο ιατρείο, η γιατρός όχι μόνο ΒΡΙΣΚΟΤΑΝ εκεί, αλλά μας υποδέχθηκε με κατανόηση, καθώς ερχόμασταν από πολύ μακριά και επιπλέον μας κατατόπισε σχετικά με το πρόβλημα της κόρης μου αμέσως. Όταν αργότερα δε χρειάστηκε να την ξανακαλέσω για μια αλλαγή, αρχικά κάλεσα στο ιατρείο και ενημέρωσα την κοπέλα που κλείνει τα ραντεβού και στην συνέχεια με κάλεσε η γιατρός στα αμέσως επόμενα 5 λεπτά. Δεν ξέρω τι πήγε στραβά με εσάς, αλλά ειλικρινά διαβάζοντας όλες αυτές τις αρνητικές κριτικές θεώρησα χρέος μου να πω και εγω τη δική μου εμπειρία. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας!
