Από μία εντυπωσιακή διαιτολόγο που ναι μεν έχει χάσει κι εκείνη κιλά στο παρελθόν ("ταύτιση") αλλά αυτή η σουπερ clean cut εικόνα προσώπου και περιβάλλοντος, κάπως κομπλάρει τον ήδη προβληματικό/κομπλαρισμένο/χοντρούλη πελάτη που συνήθως είναι πελάτισσα. Αν έχεις αποφασίσει να ξενηστικωθείς, μπορείς και μόνος : πολύ αυστηρό πρόγραμμα σε συνδυασμό με την eurodiet όπου κάθε μπουκίτσα και 10ευρω. Στο τέλος ναι, θ αδυνατίσεις, αλλά είναι γνωστό τοις πασι ότι λόγω στέρησης θα επανέλθεις στα ίδια και χειρότερα ! (αυτό ισχύει και για τους περισσότερους διαιτολόγους)

From an impressive dietitian who has lost those pounds in the past ("identification") but this super clean cut image of face and environment, somewhat complements the already problematic / complete / fat client who is usually a client. If you have decided to have fun, you can do it yourself: a very strict program in combination with the eurodiet where every bite costs 10 euros. In the end yes, you will lose weight, but it is well known that due to deprivation you will return to the same and worse! (this also applies to most dietitians)

Excellent doctor !!! Friendly, direct and always responds to messages. It really helped me and especially my relative with a chronic problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What waist of time and money. Basically she gives the same program to all her clients, changing just some items. A kind of starving and unhealthy program. I compared my program with two others friends and it was absolutely the same. She sells an overpriced disgusting cookie and bars to replace your meal. Ridiculous!!! Overpriced and not in a good way for a healthy lifestyle. Run away:(.

She, as a doctor, with pure Mediterranean food and nutrition, has helped me gain my health, maintain it and be able to sleep like a baby during nights again. I don't have enough words to thank her and the dozens of friends who recommended her because she has helped them as well. Thanks again.
