I highly recommend Kosta's and his team support and trust and their excellent work, foremost. My Lenovo YOGA 500 was suddenly switched off while i was working. To be honest, I was expecting it to break down sooner or later, after a 3 year of constant use (considering it had a very decent Nvidia installed and an i7 processor). I had to repair this one, than buying a new laptop. The costs for these laptops are considerably huge and buying one now with the same features it was something that I couldn't afford. First, I phoned Curry's PC World, where i bought my laptop from and I had to pay £60 for the repair and £90 on top of that for them to guarantee me that they will save my hard drive files and media. So, I did - at that time i thought i had no choice than paying the money. After a few days they called me back to give me an autopsy about my Lenovo. They said it was the motherboard and you are better off getting a new laptop, than fixing this one. You can imagine my anguish then. After a short month of looking around and searching for solutions, I talked to friends here in the UK and they talked me through their good experiences with an online shop called: DR TECH. So then, i decided to push for a quote and check that place, just because I was intrigue and I had nothing to loose and see how legit is. I came in contact with their team and from then - to my surprise- everything worked like a charm. After a short chat I had with Kostas, he made his estimations about the problem and he guaranteed me he will make my laptop work within a month. As I said before, I had nothing to loose. Off course, sending my laptop to Greece through the Post Office costed me some, however the results were more than satisfying. Kostas kept me constantly in contact about the condition of my Lenovo. Eventually, it had an issue with the BIOS, and the joke was that the motherboard was pretty fine (the joke is on Curry's PC World! How their team didn't even notice?!) Anyway, Kostas after a chat advised me to boost up my hard drive -cause the one I had was old and slow. He also fixed the loose hinges where my keyboard was connected to my screen and the plastic around the screen was falling apart with no extra fees. Kostas arranged all the postage for me to be quite affordable and sent it back to me within a month. All in all, I had to pay for about 150 euros- including postage- (less than £150). And I should have paid that £150 in the first place towards DR TECH, than wasting them on Curry's PC World!!! When my Lenovo came back at home, I couldn't believe it! It felt like almost a brand new laptop. The feel of it was brilliant and flawless, everything was fixed inside out with a Windows Pro 10 new software and with a polished hardware. My Lenovo is flying now without a doubt, thanks to Kostas and the whole DR TECH team. I know in the future who to trust when it comes to laptops, and finger's crossed, I won't be needing a new laptop for another 6 years i hope. hahah
