★ ★ ★ ★ ★ πριν απο 2 εβδομαδες περιπου πηγα μια φρεζα αυλακωσεων για service, με περνει τηλεφωνο και μου λεει κοστος επισκευεις 160ε +φπα του ειπα να το προχωρισει. με ξανα περνει τηλεφωνο και μου λεει πως δεν μπορει να την κανει γιατι δεν υπαρχουν ανταλακτικα και να περασω να την παρω. την παρελαβα σε ενα χαρτοκουτο λυμενη οπως την βλεπετε και ηθελε 20ε για την κανει οπως την παρελαβε.... αντιεπαγγελματιας και ειρωνικος.
About 2 weeks ago I went to a slot milling machine for service, he calls me and tells me the cost of repairs is 160e + VAT, I told him to go ahead. he calls me again and tells me that he can not do it because there are no spare parts and I can go and get it. I received it in a cardboard box untied as you can see it and he wanted 20e to do it as he received it .... unprofessional and ironic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα ψαλίδι κλαδεματος από κατάστημα της Θεσσαλονίκης που συνεργάζονται για το σέρβις με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.. Μου έβγαλε πρόβλημα μετά από δέκα μέρες χρήσης.. Το έστειλαν για έλεγχο λοιπό και το συμπέρασμα τους ήταν ότι φταίει η λεπίδα γιατί λέει την ακονιζα ???.. Έπρεπε να την αφήνω έτσι.. Μου είπαν λοιπόν πως για να λυθεί το πρόβλημα πρέπει να αλλαχτεί η λεπίδα με κόστος 40 ευρώ που πρέπει να τα καλύψω εγώ καθώς ήταν λέει κακή χρήση (το ακόνισμα λεπιδας ?) .. Έναν ολόκληρο μήνα μετά το ψαλίδι έφτασε στα χέρια μου και φυσικά το πρόβλημα παρέμενε ΑΚΡΙΒΩΣ ίδιο καθώς το πρόβλημα φυσικά και δεν ήταν στη λεπίδα.. Τελικά το κατάστημα που το αγόρασα αναγνώρισε ότι ήταν ελαττωματικο και μου επέστρεψε τα λεφτά της αγοράς.. Η εν λόγω "κυρία" Νικολέτα που τσίμπησε το 40αρι λοιπόν αρνείται να μου επιστρέψει τα χρήματα μου καθώς όπως μου είπε και μήνυση να τους κάνω λόγω κορονοϊου δεν πρόκειται να προχωρήσει ποτέ.. Εύγε και πάλι εύγε! Εύχομαι μέσα από την καρδιά μου τα 40 και όχι μόνο αυτά να τα δώσετε στους γιατρούς "κυρία" Νικολέτα.. Φυσικά και θα γίνει καταγγελία στη γραμμή καταναλωτή....
I bought a pruning shears from a store in Thessaloniki that cooperate for the service with the specific store .. I had a problem after ten days of use .. So they sent it for inspection and their conclusion was that the blade is to blame because it says I sharpened it ??? .. I had to leave it like this .. So they told me that in order to solve the problem the blade must be changed at a cost of 40 euros which I have to cover as it says it was misused (blade sharpening ?) .. A whole month later the scissors reached my hands and of course the problem remained EXACTLY the same as the problem of course was not in the blade .. Eventually the store I bought recognized that it was defective and returned the money to me .. The said "Mrs." Nicoleta who stung the 40 ari refuses to return my money as as he told me to sue them due to coronavirus will never proceed .. Well done again! I wish from the bottom of my heart the 40 and not only to give these to the doctors "Mrs." Nicoleta .. Of course there will be a complaint in the consumer line ....
