★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίος χώρος, θυμίζει bar-restaurant επιπέδου Λονδίνου. Το φαγητό/σέρβις το περίμενα κάπως καλύτερο δεδομένου πως και οι τιμές είναι επιπέδου Λονδίνου.
 Very nice place, reminiscent of a bar-restaurant of London level. I expected the food / service a bit better since the prices are at London level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν αγοράζεις ένα προϊόν, ο καταναλωτής ενδιαφέρεται παρά πολύ για το after sales service. Ομοίως, όταν επιλέγεις να κάνεις μια κράτηση, σε ενδιαφέρει εξίσου η εξυπηρέτηση από τη στιγμή που κάνεις την κράτηση έως το δευτερόλεπτο που βάζεις το παλτό σου. Στο συγκεκριμένο μέρος, δεν προλάβαμε να ζήσουμε καμία εμπειρία, καθώς καλέσαμε τη Δευτέρα 7/2 για κράτηση για δυο άτομα για το Σάββατο 12/2, αφήσαμε στοιχεία και είπαν ότι θα μας καλέσει η υπεύθυνη να μας ενημερώσει αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα καθώς τώρα «μαζεύουν τη λίστα ενδιαφερομένων» (σε εισαγωγικά, καθώς σε απολύτως κανέναν σοβαρό εστιατόριο της πόλης δεν συμβαίνουν τέτοια πράγματα). Οι μέρες πέρασαν, εμείς εννοείται καταλάβαμε πως δεν θα μας καλέσει κανείς, αλλά προκειμένου να μάθουμε πώς ακριβώς μπορεί εν τελει κάποιος να κανει κράτηση, ξανά επικοινώνησα μαζί τους σήμερα (12/2) εξιστορώντας όλη την εμπειρία μας. Αρχικά, υπήρξε μια παύση κάποιων λεπτών από τον άνθρωπο που απάντησε, για να μιλήσει με τον «υπεύθυνο», δεν μας έδωσε απάντηση και τελικά κράτησε εκ νέου τα στοιχεία μας για να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας η υπεύθυνη εντός μισής ώρας, όπως χαρακτηριστικά είπε. Όσο κάλεσε εσάς, αλλά τόσο κι εμάς. Κρίμα να υπάρχει τέτοια συμπεριφορά για ένα υποτιθέμενα φημισμένο εστιατόριο. Η αλλαγή στα αστέρια (από 1 σε 3), έγινε για την ευγενική κυρία που μας κάλεσε κάποιες ώρες αργότερα και μετά την κριτική προσπαθώντας να εξηγήσει με μη λογικό τρόπο την αμέλεια τους αλλά με πολλή ευγένεια. Κάλλιο αργά παρά ποτέ.
When you buy a product, the consumer is very interested in the after sales service. Similarly, when you choose to make a reservation, you are equally interested in the service from the moment you make the reservation until the second you put on your coat. In this place, we did not have time to live any experience, as we called on Monday 7/2 for a reservation for two people for Saturday 12/2, we left information and they said that the person in charge will call us to let us know if there is availability as now "they are collecting the list of interested parties "(in quotes, as such things do not happen in absolutely any serious restaurant in the city). The days passed, of course we understood that no one would call us, but in order to find out exactly how someone can finally make a reservation, I contacted them again today (12/2) recounting our entire experience. Initially, there was a pause of a few minutes by the man who answered, to talk to the "responsible", did not give us an answer and finally kept our details again to contact us within half an hour, as he characteristically said. As much as he called you, but so much us. Too bad there is such behavior for a supposedly famous restaurant. The change in the stars (from 1 to 3), was made for the kind lady who called us a few hours later and after the critique trying to explain in a logical way their negligence but with a lot of courtesy. Better late than never.

In this food category & price range there are lots of high rated restaurants, so it is more choosing what fits in your taste (in terms of the overall experience). I'm not sure if I will visit it again soon.
