★ ★ ★ ★ ★ piccola stanza buia ricavata in un garage all'interno di un condominio. no carta di credito. solo una minuscola finestra (forse 20x20cm) in bagno. stanza per 2 trasformata in quadrupla con un divano letto. invivibile.
 small dark room in a garage inside an apartment building. no credit card. only a tiny window (maybe 20x20cm) in the bathroom. room for 2 converted into a quadruple room with a sofa bed. unlivable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più un garage trasformato in stanza che un hotel da sogno (l'unica finestra da su un locale lavanderia interno al palazzo). Arredamento discreto, ma letti scomodi. Titolari gentili, ma non accettano carta di credito e non fanno ricevuta... Insomma, sembra un modo di arrotondare con due stanze messe assieme a partire da un grosso garage.
Plus a garage converted into a hotel room that dream (the only window of a local laundry inside the building). Decent decor, but uncomfortable beds. Friendly owners, but they do not accept credit cards and do not make receipts ... In short, it seems like a way of rounding off with two rooms put together from a large garage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hébergement bien placé pour se rendre à l'aéroport tôt le matin à pied. Trottoir tout le long du chemin. 5€ de taxi. Pour revenir du centre ville. Notre chambre était parfaite. Petite terrasse agréable le soir.
Accommodation well placed to get to the airport early in the morning walk. Sidewalk all the way. 5 € taxi. To come back from the city center. Our room was perfect. Small pleasant terrace in the evening.

Schön und komplett eingerichtet.
Sehr sauber, Empfang sehr nett.
Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt:
Das Fenster unseres Zimmers (Erdgeschoss rechts) geht nur zu einem Innenhof.
Die Nähe zum Flughafen und die Innenstadtlage führt tagsüber natürlich zu Lärm. Hat uns nachts nicht gestört. Und das weiß man auch vorher.
Preis-Leistung top.
Eine Empfehlung für 1-2 Übernachtungen.

Very clean, very nice reception.
The only small negative point:
The window of our room (ground floor on the right) only faces an inner courtyard.
The proximity to the airport and the inner city location naturally lead to noise during the day. Didn't bother us at night. And you know that beforehand.
Price-performance top.
A recommendation for 1-2 nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little family goes out of their way to make your quick stop over near the airport very comfortable. Airport is only a 25 to 30 minute walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best place to stay in Héraklion close to the airport. The taxi costs from the airport to here only 12€. The owner is very nice and the apartment fully furnished. Very confortable! Not too much noise even if it is closed to the airport.
