The store itself offers competitive prices for selected technology products (got myself a Samsung smartphone at the lowest price of the market at that time) and the service is excellent - quick and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it's kinda good, easy to order but I have ordered a new phone 3 weeks ago and hasn't arrived yet. It said that it would come between 4-10 working days but hasn't arrived yet! Everything else is fine except that!❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect to find a typical retail store, it's more like a warehouse that does it's business mostly online.
Having said that, I went there and got my watch at a fairly good price, without placing an order first, and all went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy a smartphone for around 800 Euros ,something was strange so opened it immediately, it came out that was already opened .As I could see the scratches and the missing parts from the previous side tape.I returned it,at the beginning they said that is not true,and as I present them the evidence they gave my money back. I have friends that they never had such problems with them and they are super satisfied but keep an eye on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orderd a new laptop and was happy to receive it only 3 days later but I was thoroughly disappointed when I opened it to find they sent me the wrong one. When talking to customer service I was told I need to arrange for it to be sent back even though they were the ones who made the mistake. Eventually we agreed that I will come to the store and they would pay my taxi fare as I don't own a car. Once I arrived I was told to wait as they saw I opened the box before realising I got the wrong laptop so I patiently waited for a few minutes and someone, I'm assuming the manager or owner came out and the first thing he says is "why did you open it?" to which I should have answered why did they send the wrong laptop. All in all a bad experience except for the woman I spoke to over the phone who was very nice and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very very satisfied with this shop. I have been using it for a long time for all type of electronics (phones, AirPods, speakers). (Btw the one time I used another store the product came broken, no refund, so…..) The location is perfect since it’s very convenient , they are very accommodating and precise to whatever you order, always on time. Honestly I have never had any issue so I can’t really say anything negative. I hope to continue to get the best service.
