Δυστυχώς με τιμές οι οποίες ξεφεύγουν προς τα πάνω χωρίς να δικαιολογούν πειστικά τη διαφορά τιμής, κυρίως όμως με εκπροσώπους που (στη δική μου περίπτωση) σε εξυπηρετούν αδιάφορα, ρίχνοντας κλεφτές ματιές στο κινητό τους, απαντώντας σε άλλα τηλεφωνήματα. Αίσθηση ότι έλειπε η γνώση για τα προϊόντα, καθώς και αδυναμία κατανόησης των ιδιαίτερων αναγκών του πελάτη. Ομολογουμένως το όνομα και η ποιότητα στην οποία παραπέμπει η φίρμα, δεν συμπληρώθηκε από αντίστοιχου επιπέδου εξυπηρέτηση. An excellent company with very good products. Unfortunately with prices that go up without convincingly justifying the price difference, but mainly with representatives who (in my case) serve you indifferently, glancing at their cell phones, answering other phone calls. Feeling that there was a lack of knowledge about the products, as well as an inability to understand the specific needs of the customer. Admittedly, the name and the quality to which the firm refers, was not supplemented by a corresponding level of service.

Μάλιστα, πριν τα παραγγείλω πήγα από το κατάστημα για να τα δοκιμάσω. Οι πωλητές ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Επίσης, ζήτησα την αντικατάσταση ενός μέρους του γραφείου και οι εκπρόσωποι του eshop ανταποκριθηκαν άμεσα. Έπειτα από τη συναρμολογηση και χρήση, έχω να πω τα καλύτερα και δεν διαψεύστηκα. Σας το συστήνω! I ordered from the eshop office and chair for the house having personal experience for the quality (I have them in the professional field), wanting to support a Greek company and reading about after sales support. In fact, before I ordered them I went to the store to try them. The sellers were helpful. I also requested the replacement of a part of the office and the eshop representatives responded immediately. After assembly and use, I have the best to say and I was not refuted. I recommend it to you!
