★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, quiet, isolated, extremely clean with friendly staff. Great for young couples and families with kids. Not for seniors unless they have a car and use nearby beaches with easier access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in June 2019. The worst experience ever. The staff speaks only Russian and is very unprofessional. Food is more than awful. Something has changed and this is no longer the hotel that had excellent reviews in previous years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hostel I’ve ever been. Owner doesn’t care about anyone, SCREAMING on the guest. No one speaks English (whole stuff is Russian). Rooms have mold and destroyed furniture. Cleaning service go to You room even if You ask them to wait or not to enter. For dinner better go to the local super market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we came, it looks like they didnt know that we have to come. But after like 5minutes talking, we get our appartment. Very quite place. There was a lot of food, was really hard to eat all of it ( and i am really hungry boy :)) View was just amazin.
One a bit not good thing was the entry to the sea. You have to go at a mountain way i would say. It was fun doing it everyday, for young people ideal. Not just going to the beach, but some adrenaline too. But if you are older, or you dont like much difficult terrain, you have to think about it. But the sea was very nice, not many people. A lot of space, and like 10-15mins away if you go to the right on the beach, you wil came to the nice little village and there you can get a food, drink or just chill.
Very nice place, i like it a lot :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel for those who like silence, music of cicadas and no tourists at the beach
+ small and silent hotel on the hill of the pinetrees
+ very comfort room, especially terrace with amasing sea and pine trees view
+ good food (olives and feta cheese are included in breakf/dinner)
+ pleasant people :
owner Saia (thanks for everything), chef (for soups especially for our family), Raya (very helpful and nice), and all the other girls :)
+ to get to the sea (7 min.walk ) with amazing view (good physical training)
+ royal beach, without ant doubt
but..
- very steep and old steps to the sea, it's a bit dangerous
- a bit far from Siviri (20-30 min on foot)
- it's not modern hotel, requires redesign and repairing
- wasps embarrassed when we had dinner
