Α	Αθηνά Νουλα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα την "τιμή" να συνομιλησω με τον ίδιο τον Δούκα ύστερα από ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια που παρέλαβα και τα οποία ήθελα να επιστρέψω. Σκουριασμενη εγκραφα, σκισμένο δερμα, σκασμενος πάτος. Αγενέστατος ο ίδιος. Άκουσα ατάκες τύπου "δεν θα πάρεις πίσω ευρώ, αν δεν σου αρέσουν μην ξανά ψωνίσεις, πηγαίνει σε τακούνι - εξπρές να τα φτιάξεις" Επικαλέστηκε την νομοθεσία λέγοντας πως δεν προβλέπεται επιστροφή χρημάτων. Μετά από καταγγελία μου στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή και ενημέρωση από δικηγόρο φυσικά και προβλέπεται επιστροφή χρημάτων εφόσον το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό. Έτσι κι εγινε, μου επέστρεψε τα χρήματα μου. Όσο για τα παπούτσια, θα τα χαρακτήριζα με μια λέξη :Υπερτιμημένα. Στην αγορά βρίσκει κανείς πολύ καλύτερης ποιότητας. Λίγη ντροπή δεν βλάπτει. Την επικοινωνία την έχω κι εγώ κύριοι. Όπου όσα υποστηρίζω υπάρχουν γραπτώς. Όπως και το ότι μου ζητήσατε να σβήσω το μήνυμα γιατί αλλιώς θα μου κάνετε μήνυση. Καλύτερα να σωπασετε. M	Maria-eleni Martidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μου αρέσει να κάνω αρνητικά σχόλια γιατί μου αρέσει να στηρίζω και να αγοράζω από Ελληνικά μαγαζιά αλλά κάποια πράγματα πραγματικά με εξαγριωνουν. Δεν γίνετε στην εποχή μας να παρακαλάς για να αγοράσεις κάτι. Με ενδιέφερε ένα ζευγάρι πέδιλα για τον γάμο μου το οποίο δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο(ενώ το είχαν σαν κωδικό) . Έβαλα email να έρθουν σε επικοινωνία μαζί μου όταν το παραλάβουν..περίμενα 2 μήνες.. καμία ενημέρωση! Τους έστειλα μνμ στο ινσταγκραμ.. Αδιαφορία!! Τους έπαιρνα τηλ.. Δεν το σήκωσε κανείς και τις τρεις φορές. Τέλος, αφού πήραμε και ξαναπηραμε τηλέφωνο απάντησαν και μας είπαν ότι άμα θέλουμε το ζευγάρι που δεν έχουν επειδή δεν είναι εμπορικό και δεν το φέρνουν θα πρέπει από 300 να το πληρώσουμε 450. Όντως τώρα; Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο.. Απογοήτευση! Εννοείται πως θα επιλέξω άλλο μαγαζί.. Really now? Whatever I say is a little .. Disappointment! Of course I will choose another store ..
E	Evelina Katsidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά κλείσαμε το παπούτσι 385 ευρω σε κάρτα που μου έδωσε κιολας με το πόσο γραμμένο και έδωσα προκαταβολή 200 ευρω κ μετα μ το χρεωσε 418 ευρω κ ενώ το παπούτσι είχε τότε 408 ευρω όταν το παρήγγειλα κ όταν έδωσα προκαταβολή δε πηρα κανένα παραστατικό πέρα από ένα χαρτάκι γραμμένο με τα χρήματα γενικός προκλητικοτατος με τα χρήματα κ την απόδειξη Unacceptable behavior we closed the shoe 385 euros on a card that he gave me with how much it was written and I gave a deposit of 200 euros and then he charged it 418 euros and while the shoe was then 408 euros when I ordered it and when I gave a deposit I did not receive any document other than a piece of paper written with money generic provocative with money and receipt

Εκπληκτικος χωρος οπου μπορεις να βρεις λυσεις για πολλα λουκ.. αλλα λιγο η ποιοτητα καπου...χανει....για τα λεφτα τους.... Amazing place where you can find solutions for many looks .. but a little quality somewhere ... loses .... for their money ....
