★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εντελώς ανεύθυνοι και αναξιόπιστοι: Ζήτησα ένα αθόρυβο πιεστικό για τοποθέτηση εντός οικίας, μου έδωσαν ένα Lowara που κάνει τον θόρυβο ενός τρένου. Ζήτησα αλλαγή με μερική χρέωσή μου, δεν έδωσαν καμία σημασία. Η Lowara μου είπε ότι έχει πιο αθόρυβα πιεστικά για τον σκοπό που το ήθελα.
 Completely irresponsible and unreliable: I asked for a quiet press for home placement, they gave me a Lowara that makes the noise of a train. I requested a change with partial billing, they didn't matter. Lowara told me she had more quiet pressures for the purpose I wanted.
