★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να βάλω 0 θα το έβαζα. Εξυπηρετήθηκα από μια τυπισσα με καρέ μαλλί η οποία μου έδωσε λάθος αρωμα κι όταν επέστρεψα 1 λεπτο μετά επέμενε πως είναι το ιδιο. Έπειτα η υπεύθυνη μου είπε πως είχα δικιο κι ήταν όντως διαφορετικά αρώματα. Χρειάστηκε ομως να επιμείνω περίπου 20 φορές και να πάω μόνη μου στο ταμείο και να μιλήσω με κάποιον άλλο για να εξυπηρετηθώ σωστα. Κρίμα. Ή απολυστε την ή χαστε πελάτες
If I could put 0 I would put it. I was served by a typist with a wool frame who gave me the wrong scent and when I came back 1 minute later he insisted that it was the same. Then the manager told me that I was right and they were really different scents. But I had to insist about 20 times and go to the cashier alone and talk to someone else to be properly served. Pity. Either fire her or lose customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω ψωνίσει απειρες φορές από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα…όμως τις δυο τελευταίες δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένη από την εξυπηρέτηση…και για να είμαι δίκαιη, είναι όλες οι κοπέλες ευγενικές εκτός από μια νέα κοπέλα,ψηλή, μελαχρινή με μακριά μαλλιά η οποια θέλησε να με βοηθήσει και μου μιλούσε λες και είμαστε φίλες..και τις δυο φορες….δεν είχα θέμα με αυτό αλλά δε θεωρώ σωστό να φωνάζει ότι δε μου κάθεται καλά το προϊόν επειδή έχω διχρωμίες και επειδή έχω ιδρώσει…δε ζήτησα τη γνώμη της να την ακούσουν όλοι οι πελάτες, ζήτησα απλά να μου προτείνει ένα προϊόν..προφανώς αν δεν είχα κάποιο θέμα δε θα αγόραζα προϊόντα μακιγιάζ…δυστυχώς δε ξανά ψωνίσω εξαιτίας της κοπέλας..και εμένα δε μου άρεσε όπως ήταν βαμμένη αλλά δε το φώναξα σε όλο το μαγαζί…κατά τα άλλα δεν έχω κανενα παραπονο ούτε από τα προϊόντα ούτε από τις υπόλοιπες κοπέλες…καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει επαγγελματισμός..ούτε φίλοι είμαστε ούτε μπήκαμε για να κριθούμε..
I have shopped countless times from this store… but the last two I was not happy with the service… and to be fair, all the girls are kind except a young girl, tall, brunette with long hair who wanted to help me and she talked to me as if we were friends..both time… .I had no problem with that but I do not think it is right for her to shout that the product does not fit me well because I have two colors and because I am sweaty… I did not ask her opinion to be heard by all customers, I just asked him to suggest me a product..obviously if I did not have an issue I would not buy makeup products… unfortunately I do not shop again because of the girl..and I did not like it as it was painted but I did not call it all over the store… at the others I have no complaints either from the products or from the other girls… it would be good to have professionalism..we are not friends nor did we come in to be judged ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα προϊόντα κακά από την συγκεκριμένη αλυσίδα...η μάσκαρα μετά από μια ώρα έχει φύγει όλη από το μάτι και έχεις μουτζούρες. Το μολύβι ματιών, το ίδιο. Πήρα γκλιτερ και άντεξε μόνο για εκείνη τη στιγμή που το έβαλα. Μόνο απ'τα κραγιόν και τα αρώματα έχω μείνει ευχαριστημένη.
Στη περίπτωση αυτή ισχύει πολύ αυτό που λένε πως ό,τι πληρώνεις παίρνεις.
Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο.
The products are bad from this chain ... the mascara after an hour is completely gone from the eye and you have smudges. The eye pencil, the same. I got glitter and it only lasted for the moment I put it on. Only the lipsticks and the perfumes have left me happy.
In this case, what they say is that you get what you pay for.
The staff is very polite.
