Πάλι καλά που κάνουν την δουλειά τους στο ΚΕΠ και εξυπηρετήθηκα, γιατί από αυτούς ακόμα θα περίμενα στο ακουστικό... Και κάτι τελευταίο: Καλά ρε σοβαρά βάλατε 5 αστεράκια αξιολόγηση επειδή σας εξυπηρέτησαν ενώ πήγατε μιλημένοι; ΑΥΤΟ ΕΛΕΙΠΕ ΚΙΟΛΑΣ ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΣΑΣ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΟΥΝ! USEFUL! 3 months of continuous phone calls to pick it up for me ONCE, to connect me somewhere else because they were not in charge, and again my call was lost without answering. Again, it's good that they do their job at KEP and I was served, because I would still expect from them in the handset ... One last thing: Well, seriously, did you put a 5 star rating because they served you while you were talking? THIS WAS ALSO MISSED NOT TO SERVE YOU!
Ν	Νικόλα Μπάγιας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο έχω ζήσει στην Ελλάδα μετά από 32 χρόνια ,όλοι η υπάλληλη κάθονται μέσα και δεν επιτρέπουν κανέναν να περάσει μεσα και αυτό συμβαίνει σε καθημερινή βάση , ,επίσης τσαμπουκαλεύονται The worst thing I have experienced in Greece after 32 years, all the employees sit inside and do not allow anyone to pass through and this happens on a daily basis, they also chat.

Για διάφορους λόγους δεν μπορώ να πάω εκεί ακόμα και περίμενα να μου σηκώσουν το τηλέφωνο για 5 λεπτά παραπάνω δεν θα έπαιρνε. Δημόσιο! Δεν χρειάζεται να πούμε και πολλά. Πήρα τηλέφωνο στη διοίκηση του οαεδ στον Αλιμο μου το σήκωσαν. Θαύμα. Ο κύριος ο δεν ήξερε να μιλήσει και έμοιαζε λες και μου έκανε την χάρη. Τελικά δεν βρήκα κάποια άκρη. Θέλω να πω με όλα αυτά ότι είναι απαράδεκτοι όλοι στον οαεδ διότι μας λένε να τους καλούμε και όχι να πηγαίνουμε από εκεί λόγω πανδημίας και το τηλέφωνο όχι απλά δεν το σηκώνουν αλλά το έχουν ξεχάσει τελείως ότι υπάρχει. Ντροπή τους γιατί ταλαιπωρούν αρκετά τον κόσμο. ΠΡΈΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΚΑΤΑΛΆΒΟΥΝ ότι κάποια άτομα τους είναι αδύνατον να πηγαίνουν εκεί και θα πρέπει όλοι να σεβόμαστε όλους. Ντροπή τους! I call them for almost a week and they do not pick it up .. For various reasons I can not go there and I waited for them to pick up my phone for 5 minutes more would not take. Public! Shame on them for bothering people so much. THEY MUST UNDERSTAND that some of their people find it impossible to go there and we should all respect everyone. Shame on them!
A	AGATHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ τηλέφωνα, όποτε και να πάρεις όσες φορές κι αν δοκιμάσεις το ίδιο και το αυτό ,στέλνεις mail, όχι ένα φυσικά και θα λάβεις απάντηση μετά από Κάνα δίμηνο αν είσαι τυχερός και έχουν πάρει ένα από τα 13 μηνύματά σου!οι υπάλληλοι εντελώς απρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν ακόμα και αν είσαι μόνος σου στο κατάστημα ή μέρες που έχει πολύ λίγη κίνηση και όταν επιτέλους σε εξυπηρετήσουν είναι εντελώς αγενείς! Τέλος όταν έκανα την αίτηση μου για να πάρω το επίδομα ανεργίας μετά το κλείσιμο της επιχείρησης μου, έκανα κανονικά τα χαρτιά μου μέσα στις χρονικές προθεσμίες που ορίζει ο νόμος και ένας υπάλληλος του καταστήματος με ενοχλούσε με τηλεφωνήματα ότι πρέπει να πάω από κει να του πάω κάποια χαρτιά τα οποία δεν υπήρχαν όμως μέσα στους όρους και για να μου βγάλει το χαρτί μου ζήτησε χρήματα, όταν πήγα από κοντά γιατί από την εξήγηση που μου έδωσε στο τηλέφωνο μου είπε ότι υπήρχε πιθανότητα να μην πάρω το επίδομα επειδή και καλά Εγώ έκανα κάτι λάθος και ότι αυτός θα με έφτιαχνε εν τέλη και καλά για να με εξυπηρετήσεις,να τονισω ότι ακολούθησα με τον λογιστή μου την διαδικασία πιστα όπως έπρεπε με όλες τις νόμιμες διαδικασίες και τελικά όταν πήγα από κοντά δεν τα ήθελα τα χαρτιά, ήταν μία πρόφαση για να πάω από κει και να μου ζητήσει χρήματα από κοντά για τις υπηρεσίες που έτσι κι αλλιώς πληρώνεται από το κράτος για να τις παρέχει στον κόσμο! Γύρω του υπήρχαν κι άλλοι υπάλληλοι που άκουγαν και φαινόταν να ξέρουν γενικά τι γίνεται! Όταν είπα ότι δεν του δίνω χρήματα για να μου δώσει το χαρτί που δικαιούμαι έτσι κι αλλιώς και ότι δεν μου κάνει χάρη αλλά είναι η δουλειά του ,πήγε να το πάρει πίσω το χαρτί εφόσον αρνήθηκα να πληρώσω και με απείλησε ότι θα μου ακυρώνε την αίτηση! Όταν ζήτησα να ρθει η διευθύντρια του και ότι ποιος είναι αυτός για να μου ζητάει λεφτά μου έλεγε ότι ξέρει η διευθύντρια του και ότι μαζί κάναμε την αίτηση και ότι κουράστηκαν για να μου τη φτιάξουν! Εν τέλη επέμεινα για να μιλήσω σε κάποιον ανώτερο και μου έδωσε το χάρτη λέγοντας μου εντάξει κυρία μου δεν πειράζει πάρτε το έτσι! Λες και μου έκανε χάρη! Οι αθλητές ,δεν ντρέπονται ,που πληρώνονται κανονικά από την δουλειά τους και κοιτάνε να βγάζουν χρήματα από τον κόσμο που περιμένει να πάρει ένα επίδομα να καλύψει κάποιες ανάγκες! Finally, when I applied for unemployment benefit after closing my business, I normally did my paperwork within the time limits set by law and a store clerk annoyed me with phone calls that I had to go from there to him. some papers which were not in the terms but to get the paper he asked me for money, when I went close because from the explanation he gave me on the phone he told me that there was a possibility not to get the bonus because well wrong and that he would make me in the end and good to serve me, to emphasize that I followed with my accountant the process faithfully as it should with all legal procedures and finally when I went close I did not want the papers, it was a pretext for to go from there and ask me for money up close for the services that are already paid by the state to provide them to the world! There were other employees around him who were listening and seemed to know in general what was going on! When I said that I do not give him money to give me the paper I am entitled to anyway and that he does not do me a favor but it is his job, he went to get the paper back since I refused to pay and threatened to cancel my application ! When I asked his manager to come and who he is to ask me for money, he said that his manager knows and that we made the application together and that they got tired of making it for me! In the end I insisted on talking to someone senior and he gave me the map saying ok my lady does not mind take it that way! As if he did me a favor! Athletes are not ashamed, they are normally paid from their work and they are looking to make money from the people who are waiting to get an allowance to cover some needs!

Ο κυρίως στην πόρτα μου έδωσε οδηγείες όταν εβγάινα. Πολύ άσχημη η εμπειρία μου. I confirm will positive reviews for the gentleman at the door. I came by e-appointment. I got NO answer from the upstairs clerk. The one at the door gave me instructions when I went out. My experience is very bad.
