★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντανε στα τηλεφωνα, δεν απαντανε στα email. Και οταν πηγαινεις στο καταστημα 9 στις 10 φορες δεν δινουν ξεκαθαρες απαντησεις στα ζητηματα που ειναι της αρμοδιοτητας τους.
He didn't answer the phones, he didn't answer the emails. And when you go to the store 9 out of 10 times they don't give clear answers to the questions that are within their competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετακινούμαι με αναπηρικό αμαξίδιο και δεν υπάρχει ράμπα για να ανέβει κάποιος το πεζοδρόμιο.. είναι απαράδεκτο έτη του 2020 να μην υπάρχει σε κρατικές υπηρεσίες και όχι μόνο πρόσβαση για όλους..
Όσο για την εξυπηρέτηση των ανθρώπων μέσα ήταν άψογη!!!
I am in a wheelchair and there is no ramp to climb the pavement .. it is unacceptable in 2020 that there will be no public services and not just access for everyone.
As for the service of the people inside it was impeccable !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κριτική μου αφορά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και ανταπόκριση. Αγενής απάντηση, και απότομη υποδοχή. Όσο αναφορά την εξυπηρέτηση των λοιπών υπαλλήλων στα γραφεία δια ζώσης , είναι άψογη.
My criticism is about telephone communication and response. Gentle answer, and abrupt welcome. As far as the service of other employees in the offices is concerned, it is impeccable.
