 They responded to my requests with consistency and professionalism. An excellent and professional Mr. Papapostolou (if I remember his name well) who had taken over my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από την στιγμή που το κατάστημα είναι ανοιχτό και έχεις πάρει 400 τηλέφωνα και δεν το σηκώνουν σημαίνει ότι σε γράφουν και όταν πας εκεί θέλουν να τους σέβεσαι για την δουλειά που κάνουν, όχι ρε φίλε δουλειά σ είναι άμα δεν μπορείς και κουράζεσαι τράβα σπίτι σου
From the moment the store is open and you have got 400 phones and they don't pick it up, it means that they are writing to you and when you go there they want you to respect them for the work they do, no, my friend, it's your job if you can't and you're tired, pull your house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο παράρτημα στην Ελλάδα! Καμία εξυπηρέτηση, καμία απάντηση σε τηλέφωνα και μέιλ. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Χάνουν επανειλημμένως έγγραφα! Αδιάφορες και σνόμπ όλες οι "κυρίες" εξαιρουμένης της κυρίας Νίκου! Λυπάμαι που δε λειτουργεί ακόμη μία υπηρεσία!
The worst branch in Greece! No service, no response to phones and emails. Unacceptable behavior. They repeatedly lose documents! All the "ladies" are indifferent and snobby, except for Mrs. Nikos! I'm sorry that another service is not working!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οτι χειρότερο υπάρχει στην Ελλάδα από δημόσια υπηρεσία. Τα τηλέφωνα τα έχουν για διακοσμητικούς λόγους και η αδιαφορία τους χτυπάει κόκκινο. Η ασυνέπεια και η ανευθυνότητα είναι δύο απ' τα κύρια προσόντα τους.
The worst there is in Greece from public service. The phones have them for decorative reasons and their indifference turns red. Inconsistency and irresponsibility are two of their main qualities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αίτηση εποχικού 14 Σεπτέμβρη...έφτασε 1νοεμβριου και ακόμα δν έχουν κάνει τπτ! Τηλέφωνα δν σηκώνετε...άξιος διευθυντής ,πολλά μπράβο!!!παράλληλα ΚΠΑ άλλων περιοχών πατρα-κω-ροδο με πληθυσμό τώρα ..όχι αστεία σε 25μερες προχώρησε η αίτηση.
Seasonal application September 14th ... arrived November 1st and they still haven't done it! Do not pick up the phones ... worthy director, many bravos !!!
