★ ★ ★ ★ ★ αυτή η υπηρεσία δυστυχώς δεν ξέρει τι σημαίνει τηλέφωνο, δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ ώρες να περνεις, είμαστε δηλαδή υποχρεωμένοι να τρέχουμε εκεί για μια ερώτηση 30 δευτερόλεπτα, πραγματικά πρέπει πολλοί να πάνε σπίτια τους.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου έκλεισαν ραντεβού με σύμβουλο όταν γράφτηκα στους ανέργους.. Για 25 μέρες μετά.. . Και όταν ήρθε η στιγμή να πάω για να βγει το ατομικό σχέδιο δράσης η εξειδικευμένος υπάλληλος έλειπε, μου είπαν να καλέσω στο γραφείο της 1 εβδομάδα μετά γιατί είναι εκτός και 2 βδομάδες τώρα δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο και δεν απαντάνε στα email όπως υποχρεούνται. Τι συμβαίνει με τον ΟΑΕΔ Καλαμάτας; Υπάρχει μεγάλο πρόβλημα με τις αιτήσεις για επίδομα ανεργίας. Δεν βλέπουν καν τις αιτήσεις έχοντας περάσει 2 μήνες από την αίτηση για ταμείο (Δεκέμβριος). Άλλοι δεν έχουν πληρωθεί για ταμείο πάνω από 3 μήνες και ακόμα περιμένουν να δουν τις αιτήσεις τους οι υπεύθυνοι (από Νοέμβρη). Κάτι πρέπει να γίνει πια!! Κανείς δεν δουλεύει πια εκεί;;;
They never pick up the phone and do not respond to emails as required. What is happening with OAED Kalamata? There is a big problem with unemployment benefits. They do not even see the applications having passed 2 months from the application for fund (December). Others have not been paid for the fund for more than 3 months and are still waiting for those in charge to see their applications (from November). Something has to be done now !! Nobody works there anymore ???
