 No complaints. When needed, the staff were willing and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δια ζώσης υπάρχουν 2,άντε 3 εξυπηρετικότατοι υπάλληλοι,οι υπόλοιποι αποφεύγουν και τη βλεμματική επαφή μαζί σου, από τηλέφωνο δε,δεν το συζητώ,δεν το σηκώνουν ούτε για πλάκα...ειδικά τώρα που πρέπει να γίνονται όλα εξ αποστάσεως και μπορεί να θες να κάνεις μια ερώτηση...απαράδεκτοι
For life there are 2, instead of 3 very helpful employees, the rest also avoid eye contact with you, and by phone, I do not discuss it, they do not even pick it up for fun ... especially now that everything has to be done remotely and you may want to ask a question ... unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το λιγότερο απαράδεκτοι και κανένας σεβασμός προς τον συνάνθρωπο. Μου την είπε μία υπάλληλος με πολύ αγενή τρόπο επειδή περίμενα αρκετή ώρα (ούτε τρία λεπτά) στην αναμονή στο τηλέφωνο ώστε να εξυπηρετηθώ μετά από μέρες που προσπαθούσα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους. Μου είπε να πάρω σε ένα άλλο νούμερο που φυσικά δεν σήκωσε κανείς. Δηλαδή άλλη δουλειά δεν είχα να κάνω! Είχα όρεξη να κάθομαι στο ακουστικό!!!
The least unacceptable and no respect for fellow human beings. An employee told me in a very rude way because I waited long enough (not even three minutes) to wait on the phone to be served after days of trying to contact them. He told me to take another number which of course no one picked up. That is, I had no other job to do! I had the appetite to sit on the headset !!!
