Δυστυχώς δεν είναι αντιπρόσωπος της Casio . Σύμφωνα πάντα με το επίσημο site της Casio ο αντιπρόσωπος είναι άλλος . Παραπλανητικό όνομα για να πείσει .

Απογοήτευση γιατί ενώ ήταν άψογοι στην παραγγελία ανταλλακτικου που είχα κάνει, όσον αφορά το service ενός g shock ήταν απαράδεκτοι.

I had an issue with the band of my watch. I ordered the band and after it arrived (40 days layer which I was informed) they realized they needed one more piece which they could have seen from day one. I took the whole thing more that one and a half month to fix a band. As they explained Casio is not able to have any parts here. So I would suggest to change cooperation cause you tend to look unable to help a client so is actually paying 41 euros for a band + a small screw (not so rare as you might think). Definitely will try an other service place for Casio.

First visit. With two older watches of mine. The first was a Protrek PRT-41 from mid nineties. This needed battery replacement (2 batteries, one for the watch and the other for the ABC triple sensor) and the necessary watertightness pressure test to verify its rating. The second watch was a Titanium Seiko chronometer that needed battery replacement. Lets start from the Seiko with its screw down back cover. Their initial failed attempts to unscrew it created some ugly deep scratches on the plate and the case of the watch. Battery replacement seems successful but the watch will never look the same :( The Protrek PRT-41, it was on a perfect state when I delivered it to the shop. No scratches at all even though its with me since 1997. My use time after 2000 was very limited as I have a a lot of other watches that overlap its usage. After the battery replacement the watch was failing on the 100m pressure test. It was only verified up to 30m. I thought that this might be OK for a very old chassis like this. But...when I tested the watch at home many hours later, all sensors gave the BAT signal error, meaning that at least one of the two (new) batteries is low. After a lot of online search and thinking I decided to open the back plate just to validate battery voltage and have a look. What I found: 1. one of the two new batteries is almost empty 2. All four screws on the back were so tight that the brought a spiral of case plastic with them when I unscrewed them! One of the four holes is not good any more, the screw had no plastic to grab on and get tight. Lesson learned: Do your Casio repairs only to the official Casio Hellas (ELMI) service point that is located in Leoforos Athinon. On Monday I will report the problems to e-Casio.gr owner and report their official service credentials to ELMI. I'm not only angry with this store service, I'm sad because two almost perfect older watches are now crippled and the Casio is useless in it's current state. I will look into the greek market consumer protection laws and proceed according to the store response.
