Είδα πως η βαλβίδα της δεν ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες στο σάιτ του skroutz και ήμουν επιφυλακτικός ρωτώντας τον υπάλληλο γιατί. Αυτός άρχισε να εκνευρίζεται-αναίτια κατά την άποψη μου καθώς οι ερωτήσεις και η στάση μου ήταν ευγενικές. Έγινε απότομος κι ανέβασε κι άλλο τον τόνο της φωνής του-όλα αυτά στον ενικό πλέον παρόλο που εγώ του απευθυνόμουν στον πληθυντικό. Μου είπε να κάνουμε ακύρωση συναλλαγής μέσω pos τερματικού, κι ύστερα αφού του είπα πως δεν γίνεται να μου μιλάει με αυτό τον τρόπο κι ένταση-ξαναγύρισε ο πληθυντικός, πήρα το απόκομμα με την ακύρωση κι έφυγα(τώρα είμαι σε επικοινωνία με την τράπεζα μου για να δω πότε θα πιστωθεί πίσω το ποσό-γύρω στις 4 εργάσιμες) Εν κατακλείδι, ο πελάτης μπορεί να έχει(ή και να μην έχει) πάντα δίκιο, αλλά η συμπεριφορά του υπαλλήλου είναι αυτή που κερδίζει ή χάνει τον πελάτη-κι η συγκεκριμένη ήταν απαράδεκτη.
