★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο και ρώτησα διαθεσιμότητα για ένα κινητό. Μου είπαν είναι διαθέσιμο και τους απάντησα ότι θα πάω σε μία ώρα στο κατάστημα να το αγοράσω. Οταν πήγα στο κατάστημα με ενημέρωσαν ότι η τιμή είχε αυξηθεί κατά 10% το οποίο είναι συχνό φαινόμενο και ότι εφόσον δεν έκανα τηλεφωνική κράτηση θα πρέπει να πληρώσω την νέα τιμή.
Θα έπρεπε να με ενημερώσουν τηλεφωνικά ότι αλλάζει συχνά η τιμή ώστε να κάνω κράτηση (και ειδικά εφόσον τους ενημέρωσα ότι θα περάσω εντός μίας ώρας). Ο πελάτης δεν είναι υποχρεωμένος να το γνωρίζει αυτό.
Τελικά το παράγγειλα από άλλο κατάστημα στην αρχική τιμή.
 I got on the phone and asked for availability for a cell phone. I was told it is available and I replied that I would go to the store in an hour to buy it. When I went to the store I was informed that the price had increased by 10% which is a common phenomenon and that if I did not make a phone reservation I would have to pay the new price.
They should have informed me by phone that the price changes frequently in order to make a reservation (and especially since I informed them that I would pass within an hour). The customer does not have to know this.
I finally ordered it from another store at the original price.

I have been to their shop at Thivon to buy on a company - not possible - need to make it online and will take 3-5 days... tried online - website did not work - emailed them twice with all details and company documents to send me the invoice to make the payment - no answer - nothing - found phone hellas - worked smooth and fast... avoid e-deal - they have very good prices, but not worth the hustle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever even think to buy a phone from this shop. After just 3 months mobile phone started to make cyclic reboots. They deny to fix it because there is a scratch in a glass of the camera!!!!!!! You need microscope to see the scratch, but what has to do the cyclic reboots of Android OS with camera?
