★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω κάνει μία αγορά και έχω μείνει πολύ ευχαριστημένη και από την εξυπηρέτηση αλλά και από την τιμή η οποία ήταν ότι καλύτερο μπορούσα να βρω στην αγορά γι’ αυτό το προϊόν. Οι υπάλληλοι είναι εξυπηρετικοί και από το τηλέφωνο αλλά και από κοντά όταν επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα για να παραλάβω το προϊόν μου. Από την πρώτη μου εμπειρία δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω γι’ αυτό και τα πέντε αστέρια.
 I have made a purchase and I am very happy with the service but also with the price which was the best I could find in the market for this product. The employees are helpful both by phone and up close when I visited the store to pick up my product. From my first experience I have nothing negative to say about all five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κριτική αφορά καθαρά την εξυπηρέτηση και μόνο καθώς ακομα δεν έχω παραλάβει το προϊόν μου για το οποίο ευθύνεται η μεταφορική και μόνο, μιας και το κατάστημα παρέδωσε την παραγγελία πολύ γρηγορα στην κουριερ.
Δεν μπορώ να κατανοήσω καθόλου τα σχόλια που έχω δει να γκρινιάζουν για την πολιτική του καταστήματος να υπάρχει επικοινωνία αποκλειστικά μέσω email.
Εμενα με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα καθότι χρειάστηκα τελευταία στιγμή να αλλάξω διεύθυνση παράδοσης και τα κανόνισαν εκείνοι για εμένα χωρίς να χρειαστεί να μείνω στο ακουστικό της speedex 3 ώρες αναμονή.
Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και από το κατάστημα και από την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέχρι τώρα. Όταν παραλάβω θα επανέλθω με κριτική προϊόντος.
The criticism is purely about the service and only as I have not yet received my product for which the transport is responsible only, since the store delivered the order very quickly to the courier.
I can not understand at all the comments I have seen moaning about the store's policy of communicating exclusively via email.
I was immediately served as I had to change delivery address at the last minute and they arranged it for me without having to wait in the speedex handset for 3 hours.
Flawless service from both the store and the customer service so far. When I receive it I will come back with a product review.

As I was not happy from the product, I asked for a refund in the letter that was shipped back to the reseller together with the product.
The reseller contacted me and accepted my request.
I appreciate the reseller's reaction.
