V	Viktoria Konstans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an LG 24BN550Y Monitor for my father's birthday, in December. There was a huge delay until we received it and when we did the monitor worked for one month and then it stopped, just a black screen. Tried changing hdmi, DVI but no luck. When I called egate they told me that the monitor had to be returned to the shop, so that they raise a case ID and they would then proceed according to the guarantee. I was liable to cover the postal expenses, I did. After they supposedly fixed it, we tried the monitor again and it wouldn't work. When I called egate, upset asking how come you return a malfunctioning product, they told me it s the cables probably and that they had troubleshooted and made sure it works. Long story short, we re in May. Monitor was bought in December and used for one month only. Still waiting for it and during this time there have been no updates whatsoever from the service dept. Not really a customer oriented store, are you! Horrible service, do not buy anything from this store. It s a scum and if you re unlucky enough to get a malfunctioning product, they won't do anything. They will stall until the 6 months guarantee is over and they will then ask you to pay for the repairs. You re better off choosing anything else.

I	Ioannis Koukovinis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with the product version you receive compared to what's advertised. I ordered a TP-Link RE220 V3 (as advertised on the website) and received a V2. I only realized that after I drove back home. I called back immediately and, upon checking, I was told that in fact they only stock V2. They offered me the option to return it and get a refund on my card, which would take multiple days, but of course this doesn't make up for the time that I already lost.
b	bob z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company policies, these guys speak to their employees like they are no human beings,12 hour shifts with no break for lunch and very bad behavior, avoid these guys, prefer any other company that respects their emplyees.Being ok with customers only is not ok, people have to learn how to respect their staff and hard working employees.
G	George Giavroutas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organised in orders but service and after sales needs lots of work. Lots of people asking each other for the same thing. I had to wait for almost 20 mins to get informed that I need to bring a case for inspection.
