A	Alex Ioak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω κάνει αρκετές παραγγελίες στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα με μικρά και μεγάλα ποσά χρημάτων όπου το έχω προτείνει και σε φίλο γεωπόνο και έχει ψωνίσει. Σωστό κατάστημα, φτηνά προϊόντα, όχι όμως όλα όσα χρειάζεται ο ερασιτέχνης αγρότης. Ειδικά στις παραγγελίες του Μαρτίου 2021, τα έστειλαν με την ACS. Απαράδεκτη η ACS. Έκαναν 4 ημέρες εργάσιμες από το Μαρούσι μέχρι το υποκατάστημα του Ασπροπύργου!!!!!!!!. Όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα του Ασπροπύργου και είπα να πάω να παραλάβω το δέμα, μου αρνήθηκαν, λέγοντας ότι θα μου το παραδώσουν εκείνοι. Σημειωτέων ότι μένω στη περιοχή της Ελευσίνας και το κατάστημα της ACS είναι 5 λεπτά με το μηχανάκι από το σπίτι μου….. Όλη την ωραία εικόνα που έχει ¨φτιάξει¨ το κατάστημα, τους την μαυρίζει η μεταφορική….. Στην επομένη παραγγελία, αποφάσισα να πάω στο κατάστημα να τα παραλάβω μόνος μου, 2 κουλούρες λάστιχο και ταφ lock, συνολικά 50-55 ευρώ. Κάνω την παραγγελία στις 09:40 πρωί Τρίτης, πληρώνω με τραπεζική μεταφορά από Alpha bank σε Alpha bank, όπου τα ¨βλέπεις¨ έμμεσα, στέλνω και το αποδεικτικό της κατάθεσης στο mail τους και περιμένω να με ενημερώσουν. Πιστεύω ότι δεν υπάρχει πιο έγκυρο από το αποδεικτικό μεταφοράς, που το στέλνει η τράπεζα.. Να σημειώσω ότι θα προϊόντα έγραφαν ότι είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμα. Μετά από 4 ώρες, στις 14:00 της ίδιας ημέρας, παίρνω τηλέφωνο και μου λένε ότι ακόμα δεν έχουν δει την κατάθεση!!!!! και καλύτερα να πηγαίνω στο κατάστημα να πληρώνω με μετρητά!!!!!!!!. Και με πήραν τηλέφωνο την επομένη ημέρα να μου πουν ότι είναι έτοιμη η παραγγελία και να περάσω να τη παραλάβω!!!!!!!. Πόσες ώρες θέλει να δει το λογιστήριο τους την μεταφορά;;;;;; Να γινόταν από Alpha bank προς άλλη τράπεζα (Εθνική, Πειραιώς κλπ.) το κατανοώ ότι θα χρειαστεί 2 - 4 ημέρες για να γίνει η μεταφορά. Όμως εδώ είναι από Alpha bank σε Alpha bank…Και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που ψωνίζω με τραπεζικές συναλλαγές. Τα σχόλια δικά σας…… Υ.Σ. θα το σκεφτώ να ξαναγοράσω….. It should be noted that I live in the area of Elefsina and the ACS store is 5 minutes by motorbike from my house… .. All the beautiful image that the store has "made", the metaphor blackens them… .. In the next order, I decided to go to the store to pick them up myself, 2 rubber buns and a tuft lock, for a total of 50-55 euros. I place the order at 09:40 Tuesday morning, I pay by bank transfer from Alpha bank to Alpha bank, where you "see" them indirectly, I send the proof of deposit to their mail and I wait for them to inform me. I believe that there is nothing more valid than the transfer receipt sent by the bank. Note that they would write products that are immediately available. After 4 hours, at 14:00 of the same day, I get a phone call and they tell me that they have not seen the deposit yet !!!!! and better to go to the store to pay in cash !!!!!!!!. And they called me the next day to tell me that the order is ready and to go and pick it up !!!!!!!. How many hours does their accounting office want to see the transfer ??????? If it was done from Alpha bank to another bank (Ethniki, Piraeus, etc.) I understand that it will take 2-4 days for the transfer to take place. But here it is from Alpha bank to Alpha bank… And this is not the first time I shop with banking transactions. The comments are yours …… Υ.Σ. I will consider buying it again… ..
