★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great initial experience of purchase, but my experience is poor on accessories and after sales service.
I emailed a month after my purchase to feedback, sending pictures of some faulty accessories and requesting if higher quality accessories could be sourced.
The bike battery has since stopped working twice. On both occasions I have been advised to 1) bring the bike to the shop and 2) at the time of calling (both times in the afternoon before standard closing) the shop is "on holiday".
On the first occasion I took the bike to a local electrician who managed to diagnose and fix the issue with the battery. This time, I have been asked again to take it to the shop, even though the issue was diagnosed (or part diagnosed).
I have had to arrange a courier, at my own expense, and still am not clear if it has arrived and either timeline for repair nor when and how I will get it back. It feels unreasonable to me that the return journey, too far for the battery to last, has to be organised by me when the bike and battery has gone wrong twice now and is just 3 months old.
When I speak to him in person, Spiros seems very nice and as described in other reviews. But he ignores my emails and is avoidant ("We are on holiday") when I speak with him on the telephone, which I am really not at all happy about.
