Incredibly slow service for a pickup point. Full of bureaucracy, takes 5’ at least for each customer just for pickup, even for already paid items at least, staff is kind!

Fast quick pickups, good staffing, and enough parking for several vehicles which is rare in this part of Kallithea.

"I have a family." Third time I lined up to get my stuff - 4 things - since mid-December. The whole order held up because they can't get the one thing I really wanted, which was guitar strings, which I got anyway from Nakas because.. they couldn't fulfil the order. So why put it on your site then? Because of that I missed Christmas presents for MY family (whoever was in charge tonight closed the shutters in my female face and on some 5 or 6 other men waiting to get their parcels - at 20.45, after telling people in the line up he wouldn't serve anymore because they closed at 8.30pm. "It's on the site." Excuse me? And what does the time say on this map here? Why, 9pm. He said "look at the site" and laughed, saying what's on the map doesn't matter. Well Mr "I have a family", it's your company, your site "katastimas" are in a sub menu after scrolling to the bottom, and it's easier to search "eshop syngrou", and this one pops up. But back to shutting the door on customers while saying "I have a family." Erm, we don't? Boo flippin' hoo to you. There were at least 3 people in there. They could've hustled for the few people waiting in the line, who were as irate as I was, and should've been given their parcels. I am so angry, after going and waiting THREE TIMES IN A LINE UP and sent away empty-handed, for an order that STILL isn't fulfilled, after getting no response to a phone call or email, and then getting a text weeks later, telling me I have to pick up within a few days, by the 8th?! No. You deliver to me now, on your shout, or REFUND. Because these guys, who showed us such contempt and "have a family," are clowns.

Very friendly staff, the technician was very effective & efficient. It is a small shop to pick up your orders and get tech support, it delivers against all expectations
