★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a Hienner air conditioner installed which has broken twice during the warranty period. E shop does not replace defective product but rather has it repaired by a local technician. E shop after sale service is horrible as parts ordered to make the repair takes weeks. They are fast to deliver new products but no to send parts for repair. Suggest using a reputable shop if you care about after sales replacement or repair service for defective items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an ink cartridge for our printer eight weeks ago and after countless phone calls to find out where the order is - with numerous promises of 'it will be delivered to you in two days' - we are still waiting for the order which we've paid for. The e.shop in Corfu NEVER picks up the phone and invariably we have had to ring the mainland in order to speak to someone there - they promised to make contact with the Corfu branch to speed things along. The other thing is that someone else who went into the shop and enquired on our behalf was told that they had tried to call us - not true! We're at home all day and have had no missed calls. They have our order in store, it's paid for and we paid delivery charges, too. The level of interest in customer service is ZERO, they can't even be bothered to answer the phone!!
