Την 28-4-2022 κατά τη διαδικασία επιστροφής μια κάρτας sd που έπαψε να λειτουργεί αυθημερόν, γεγονός που είναι απολύτως κατανοητό για οποιαδήποτε προϊόν το οποίο μπορεί να είναι ελαττωματικό, από τον υπάλληλο του καταστήματος μου ζητήθηκε το πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμού, το οποίο επέδειξα με τη χρήση του κινητού μου πριν από λιγότερο από 5 ώρες για την παραλαβή της παραγγελίας. Κατά την εκ νέου αναζήτηση διαπίστωσα ότι αυτό είχε χαθεί κατά τη μεταφορά δεδομένων από το τηλέφωνο στην κάρτα sd. Τότε άκομψα μου ζητήθηκε να περάσω εκτός καταστήματος, υπό το φόβο προστίμου. Τελικώς με εξυπηρέτησε, βρισκόμενος εκτός καταστήματος και αναζητώντας δίκτυο, κωδικούς κ.λπ. το ξανακατέβασα για να το επιδείξω. Η κατανόηση που ζήτησα για το πρόβλημα που ανέκυψε με την απώλεια του πιστοποιητικού ήταν ανύπαρκτη, λέγοντάς μου ότι οι εταιρείες δεν ευθύνονται για την απώλεια δεδομένων, χωρίς ωστόσο να του έχω ζητήσει τέτοιες ευθύνες.
