★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπαίνεις στο κατάστημα και σε αντιμετωπίζουν πάνω από όλα φιλικά και ανθρώπινα ... .... Ο Φίλιππος μόλις με βλέπει να παρκάρω μπροστά στο κατάστημα ,, και πριν κατέβω από το μηχανάκι έχει ετοιμάσει και την παραγγελία !!!!!! Επίσης τηρούνται όλα τα μέτρα αντιμετώπισης του covid-19....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ όχι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί! την πρώτη φορά αφού έκανε να έρθει το πρϊόν που είχα παραγγείλει 15 μέρες αργότερα από την αναμενώμενη τελικά επέστρεψε απειδή έλειπα από την πόλη και δεν κατάφερα να παραλάβω στις ελάχιστες ημέρες διορίας που μου δόθηκαν. Τη δέυτερη φορά με εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα, θυμόντουσαν την παραγγελία και το τηλεφώνημά μας πριν την παραλαβή. Νομίζω με λίγο καλύτερη διαχείρηση από τα κεντρικά θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό, σαςν κατάστημα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη ποικιλία σε προιόντα, σχετικά καλές τιμές και το προσωπικό της Λαμίας αρκετά εξυπηρετικό δεν είχα ποτέ κανενα πρόβλημα!! Στο θέμα όμως της αποστολής των παραγγελιών το Eshop βρίσκεται ακόμα στον Μεσαίωνα και χρειάζεται 4-5 μπορέι και 6 μέρες να στείλει μια παραγγελία στη Λαμία και διαθέτει και δικό του δίκτυο διανομής. Απαράδεκτη η ταχυτητα αποστολής σε σύγκριση με τον ανταγωνισμό, χρειάζονται ώρες και μέρες ολόκληρες να μετακίνηθεί μια παραγγελία απο τον ''ελεγχο ομαλότητας'' στον ''ελεγχο διαθεσιμότητας'' στην εξέλιξη παραγγελίας. Μέχρι να μου στείλετε την παραγγελία με τα βρεφικά που παρέγγειλα....ο μπέμπης άλλαξε νούμερο στη πάνα. 3 αστέρια λειαν επιεικώς μόνο και μόνο για τα παλικάρια στο κατάστημα της Λαμίας που είναι μια χαρά.
Great variety in products, relatively good prices and the staff of Lamia quite helpful I never had any problems !! However, in terms of sending orders, the Eshop is still in the Middle Ages and it takes 4-5 minutes and 6 days to send an order to Lamia and has its own distribution network. Shipping speed is unacceptable compared to the competition, it takes hours and days to move an order from "smoothness control" to "availability control" in order progress. Until you send me the order with the babies I ordered .... the baby changed the number on the diaper. 3 stars smoothly just for the lads in the store of Lamia which is fine.
