★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer experience. My son took a racket and accidentally hit it on the floor. There was a small mark on the racket and we immediately accepted to pay for it. However, we asked to pay the cost and not the selling price since we were certainly not interested in buying the racket. The manager didn't accept it although we bought another extra 130 euros of clothes. This is called ripping off your customers - how can a business be so short-sighted? I am certainly not buying anything more from this shop.
